Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a micro total analysis device. The array substrate includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixel regions arranged on the substrate and defined by the intersection of a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of drive transistors arranged in the plurality of pixel regions respectively; each drive transistor includes a first active layer pattern, a first extension direction of the first active layer pattern forms a first preset angle with a gate line, and in a first preset angle direction, the first active layer pattern spans a pixel region in an inclined manner; and source and drain electrodes of the each drive transistor are coupled with the active layer pattern in the first preset angle direction.

Abstract: A touch substrate, a driving method of a touch substrate, a preparation method of a touch substrate, and a touch device are disclosed. The touch substrate includes an underlying substrate and a touch layer, and the touch layer is on the underlying substrate. The touch layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes which are electrically separated from each other, each of the touch electrodes overlaps with an edge area of the touch substrate in a direction perpendicular to the underlying substrate, and each of the touch electrodes is electrically connected with a touch signal line on the underlying substrate in the edge area. The touch substrate can improve the pixel aperture ratio of the display area, so that the touch device including the touch substrate can achieve better display effect.

Abstract: A display panel includes a plurality of display elements over a substrate, each including at least one first light-emitting element for emitting a first light out of a first light-emitting surface and at least one second light-emitting element for emitting a second light out of a second light-emitting surface opposing to the first light-emitting surface. Each first light-emitting element has a first light-emitting layer between two first electrodes, which are respectively transparent and reflective so that the first light can transmit out of the first light-emitting surface. Each second light-emitting element includes a second light-emitting layer between two second electrodes, which are respectively transparent and reflective so that the second light transmits out of the second light-emitting surface.
