Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display panel, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device. The display panel includes: a substrate; pixel units; and a force sensing array, the force sensing array comprises lower leads, lower sensing electrodes, a piezoelectric layer, upper sensing electrodes and upper leads; wherein lower sensing electrodes and upper sensing electrodes are aligned with each other one by one, and arranged in an array, and each of lower sensing electrodes and each of upper sensing electrodes form a force sensing unit with the piezoelectric layer therebetween; and wherein each of the plurality of lower leads and each column of the force sensing units are aligned with each other one by one, and each of the plurality of upper leads and each row of the force sensing units are also aligned with each other one by one.

Abstract: Disclosed are an optical fingerprint identification device and a display panel including the same. The optical fingerprint identification device includes a light emitting structure and a photosensitive sensor. The light emitting structure includes a transparent first electrode, an opaque second electrode, an electroluminescent layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a through hole penetrating the first electrode, the electroluminescent layer and the second electrode. The photosensitive sensor is disposed on a side of the second electrode facing away from the electroluminescent layer, and is configured to receive light rays transmitted through the through hole and acquire fingerprint information according to the received light rays.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a display device, and a drive method. The touch display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of touch sensing electrodes, and a plurality of pressure sensors. The substrate is provided with a light emission side; and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes and a plurality of pressure sensors. The pressure sensors and the touch sensing electrodes are positioned at the light emission side of the substrate. The pressure sensor includes a first pressure electrode and a second pressure electrode. The first pressure electrode is formed on the display panel. The second pressure electrode and the touch sensing electrode jointly form a touch circuit, and the second pressure electrode is used as a drive electrode of the touch circuit.

Abstract: A fingerprint identification module and a display device are disclosed. In the fingerprint identification module, a light shading layer above a photosensitive sensing unit includes a first light shading component above a photosensitive diode of the photosensitive sensing unit, and a fixed potential signal line. The first light shading component is electrically connected to a terminal of the photosensitive diode thereunder and connected to the fixed potential signal line. Since the fixed potential signal line is above the photosensitive diode, and the light shading layer is directly used to form the fixed potential signal line, connecting holes that need to occupy some space can be omitted, and the area occupied by the photosensitive diode can be maximized, thus the light current generated by the photosensitive diode during fingerprint detection can be increased so as to enhance fingerprint detection accuracy.
