    Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure discloses an array substrate, a fabrication method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate and a plurality of pixel units on the base substrate, wherein the pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixels; and the sub-pixel includes an electroluminescent component, a pixel circuit and a photo detection circuit; the pixel circuit includes a drive transistor for driving the electroluminescent component to emit light, and the drive transistor is a low temperature poly-si thin film transistor; and the photo detection circuit includes a detection switch transistor and a PIN-type photodiode, and the detection switch transistor is a metal oxide transistor.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a driving method for a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting device and a drive transistor. The method includes: compensating the drive transistor in a first compensation manner including an internal voltage compensation during an operation period of the light emitting device; and compensating the drive transistor in a second compensation manner including the internal voltage compensation and an external voltage compensation during a non-operation period of the light emitting device.

    Abstract: A pixel unit, a display panel, a display device and a method of manufacturing a pixel unit. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel unit and a second sub-pixel unit, each sub-pixel unit includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode stacked on a substrate. An emission lifespan of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit is smaller than that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit. An area of an orthographic projection of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is equal to that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate. An area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is greater than an area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate.

    Abstract: A light-emitting structure, a display device and a light source device are disclosed; the light-emitting structure comprises a first light-emitting component (10) and a second light-emitting component (20). The first light-emitting component (10) comprises a first light-emitting layer (12) and a second light-emitting layer (14) and the second light-emitting component (20) comprises a third light-emitting layer (22). A combination of electrical connection of the first light-emitting component (10) and the second light-emitting component (14) is driven by AC current as a whole; the first light-emitting layer (12) and the second light-emitting layer (14) do not emit light at the same time; the third light-emitting layer (22) emits light at the same time either with the first light-emitting layer (12) or the second light-emitting layer (14). AC drive is adopted in the light-emitting structure and is easy to achieve adjustment of color and illumination intensity.

    Abstract: An OLED display device includes a substrate and an OLED display units formed on the substrate, in which n is an integer which is greater than 1. The OLED display unit comprises: a first electrode, a first functional layer, a second electrode, a second functional layer, and a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer disposed between the first functional layer and the second functional layer; the first functional layer is disposed above the first electrode and the second functional layer is disposed below the second electrode, or, the first functional layer is disposed below the first electrode and the second functional layer is disposed above the second electrode. Wherein, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer are disposed side by side in a horizontal direction, and, each of the light-emitting layers corresponds to at least two sub-pixels in the OLED display unit.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an organic light emitting device including a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic functional layer, wherein the organic functional layer includes a first doped layer fabricated in a first process, a second doped layer fabricated in a second process, and an auxiliary layer formed between the first doped layer and the second doped layer, wherein the auxiliary layer is used to improve the performance of the first doped layer. The embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a method for fabricating the organic light emitting device. The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a display apparatus including the organic light emitting device.
