The housing unit has a cylindrical actuator housing (14) which is elongate in its axial direction (A) and at least partially encased by an extruded plastic coat. The actuator housing unit (14, 16), in its encased area, is provided with a ventilation aperture (20) in which a ventilation element (22) produced from a microporous material is disposed.

摘要： A method is provided for making electrical contact with an electronic component in the form of a stack formed from a plurality of material layers, which react upon application of an electric field, and a plurality of electrode layers, wherein each material layer is arranged between two of the electrode layers. An insulation structure is generated on at least one stack circumferential region of the stack, which exposes each second electrode layer of the at least one stack circumferential region for electrical contact to be made. Also, a contact-making structure is applied to the at least one stack circumferential region which is provided with the insulation structure. Before the step of generating the contact-making structure, the material layers are partially removed by a material-removing method such that the electrode layers are exposed close to the surface.

摘要： The pre-treatment method for an electromechanical transducer is particularly suitable for polarizing a piezoelectric actuator for an injection system of an internal combustion engine. Prior to the actual operation, the transducer is actuated with an electrical pre-treatment signal, in order to set a predefined operating point in accordance with the pre-treatment signal. The pre-treatment signal corresponds substantially to the electrical actuation signal during normal operation of the transducer, in order to prevent a displacement of the pre-set operating point during normal operation of the transducer.

In order to ensure a reliable seal with this arrangement, in particular also over extended periods of time, the sealing element (30) abuts against the outer surfaces of the connecting pins (14) located inside the openings (20), and sealing element sections (32) located inside the openings (20) are radially compressed in the openings.

摘要： A fuel injector has a housing for an actuator (1), especially to a fuel injector with a connector of a contact stud support injection-molded thereto. The injector has a casing (10), disposed across at least part of the periphery of the actuator (1), and an actuator cover (20) placed on the casing (10). The actuator cover (20) is laser-welded to the casing (10) in an overlapping area (30) between the actuator cover (20) and the casing (10). According to a method for finishing the housing of a fuel injector having the aforementioned features, a laser beam used for a laser welding method is incident on the overlapping area (30) in a substantially perpendicular or substantially parallel orientation in relation to the axial direction (A) of the actuator (1) and laser-welds the actuator cover (20) to the casing (10).
