摘要： A clothing dryer capable of removing impurities, such as dust, accumulated in a hot air outlet duct thereof. The clothing dryer includes a drying tub to dry laundry contained therein using hot air supplied thereto, a hot air outlet duct to discharge the hot air, coming from the drying tub, to the outside, and a connecting unit to connect an external suction device to the hot air outlet duct. Accordingly, impurities, such as dust, accumulated in the hot air outlet duct can be removed by a suction force of the suction device, thereby enabling the cleaning of the hot air outlet duct.

The clothes drying machine includes a housing forming an external appearance of the clothes drying machine, a drying tub rotatably mounted in the housing, a hot air introducing duct to introduce hot air into the drying tub, a hot air discharging duct to discharge the hot air out of the drying tub, and a temperature sensor mounted at the front part of the hot air discharging duct to detect the temperature of the hot air passing through the hot air discharging duct. The temperature sensor is mounted at the front part of the hot air discharging duct so that an operator has easy access to the temperature sensor. Consequently, repair or replacement of the temperature sensor may be easily and conveniently performed.

The package assembly has a semiconductor chip having a plurality of bond pads on an upper surface the chip, a chip paddle secured to a bottom surface of the chip by an adhesive, a plurality of tie bars being connected to corners of the chip paddle and externally extending from the chip paddle, a plurality of leads radially formed at regular intervals along and spaced apart from the chip paddle and extending towards the chip paddle. The package assembly further includes a plurality of conductive wires electrically connected to the leads and the chip. The heat block assembly includes a heat block, a guide block, and a clamp. The guide block has a raised portion for receiving the heat block, which has a groove mating with the raised portion of the guide block. The guide block and heat block are secured to the package assembly by the clamp, which engages the package assembly on an upper surface of the leads. The clamp has a notch adapted to identify a first lead of the package assembly.
