    Abstract: A vehicle steering control system, a vehicle and a control method. The vehicle steering control system includes a steering wheel, a steering control component, a first rotation detecting component for detecting the rotation data of the steering wheel, and at least two wheel steering mechanisms; each wheel steering mechanism includes a wheel axle, a steering knuckle and at least one steering driving component; the wheel axle is fixedly connected with the steering knuckle, and the wheel axle rotates horizontally with the horizontal rotation of the steering knuckle; the steering knuckle is connected with the steering driving component, and the steering knuckle rotates horizontally under the drive of the steering driving component.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process for manufacturing an aluminum alloy wheel. The process flow comprises: casting, de-flashing, soaking, spinning, thermal treatment, de-gating, X-ray and machining. The process reduces the cost by about 18 yuan/piece and reduces the weight of the finished product by 0.7-1.1 Kg by improving the casting production efficiency and the product quality, saving original cooling compressed air, canceling pre-machining, preheating and spinning the thermal blank, thermally treating the thermal blank and the like, has the cost equivalent to the comprehensive manufacturing cost of an ordinary cast wheel, and improves the market competitiveness of the cast-spun wheel. The process realizes short flow, light weight and low cost for manufacturing a cast-spun wheel, achieves intelligence of machining, and is suitable for automatic production of large-batch cast-spun wheels.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of aluminum wheel casting molds, and more particularly relates to a closed-loop control method and system for a mold temperature in a wheel casting process. The control method includes: step 1, acquiring data, that is, acquiring a plurality of mold position temperatures, and cooling pipeline opening and closing signals in a target wheel casting process according to a fixed frequency; step 2, storing, based on acquired mold opening and closing signals of casting equipment, the acquired data in a database in the form of a unique ID according to a single wheel casting process; step 3, calculating new process parameters based on the acquired plurality of position temperatures and time; and step 4, integrating the calculated process parameters, and issuing the process parameters to a PLC of a casting equipment to perform new casting. According to the invention, the temperature control parameters are calculated based on the acquired temperature data and time process to form the temperature control process of the casting process, which solves the technical problem of significant fluctuations in the quality of the low-pressure casting process of aluminum wheels and improves casting stability and yield.
