摘要: A wheel disc adapted for use in a fabricated vehicle wheel includes a steel wheel disc defining an axis and includes a center mounting portion, an outer rim connecting flange, a plurality of radially outwardly extending spokes connecting the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange and a ventilation opening provided between each pair of adjacent spokes. A width defined by a center wall of the spoke is tapered inwardly along a substantial portion of a radial length thereof as the center wall of the spoke extends generally from the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange or wherein a width defined by outer walls of the spoke is tapered inwardly along a substantial portion of a radial length thereof as the outer walls of the spoke extends generally from the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange.

摘要: The present invention relates to a toy comprising at least two parallel wheels each comprising a hub (14), a rim (16) provided with a tread (18), and a plurality of spokes (20) made of an elastically deformable material. The unit formed by the hub and the spokes is mounted into the rim under compressive stress on the spokes, so as to produce, by buckling effect, a bending of the spokes curving these latter and offsetting axially the plane of the hub with respect to that of the rim. The unit can hence take two stable positions in the direction of bending of the spokes, i.e. an extended position with an enlarged track and a retracted position with a reduced track. It is just needed to apply an external mechanical effort on the rim, in one direction or the other, to reverse the direction of bending of the spokes, and thus to switch from the extended position to the retracted position, or vice versa.

The hat includes a hat top protruding outwardly in an axial direction of the disk, a radially inner hat portion connecting the hat top and the hub coupling portion, and a radially outer hat portion connecting the hat top and the disk flange. In the vehicle wheel disk, a first thickness-reduced portion is smaller in thickness than the disk material that is formed at the radially outer hat portion.

摘要: A wheel for an automobile is configured in such a manner that the wheel disc comprises an outer peripheral ring section having protrusions and recesses, the outer peripheral ring section being formed by continuously and alternately forming circular arc-shaped contact sections and contactless protrusion sections along the circumferential direction of the wheel, the circular arc-shaped contact sections being in contact with and welded to the bent peripheral section of the wheel rim, the contactless protrusion sections protruding further toward the front side than the circular arc-shaped contact sections and separating from the bent peripheral section. Welded sections at which the circular arc-shaped contact sections and the bent peripheral sections are welded together are intermittently arranged in the circumferential direction of the wheel. The configuration provides a large design surface to improve the freedom of design and improves the rigidity because of the shape effect of the outer peripheral ring section having protrusions and recesses.

摘要: The present invention proposes an automobile wheel that includes a wheel disk with improved stiffness to have increased strength and increased driving stability for lateral force. An imaginary inward angled line L is tangential to an inner circumferential surface 42a of an inward recessed circumferential portion 42 of a hat portion 24 and tangential to an inner circumferential surface 32a of a hub surface rounded portion 32 of a hub mounting portion 21. An imaginary outward angled line N is tangential to an inner circumferential surface 44a of an outward recessed circumferential portion 44 of the hat portion 24 and runs through an intersection point G of a disk flange 25 and an imaginary bottom line M. The imaginary bottom line M extends along a back side surface of the hub mounting portion 21. The imaginary inward angled line L and the imaginary outward angled line N are defined to satisfy a ratio of an imaginary outward angle (β) to an imaginary inward angle (α) in a range of from equal to or greater than 0.8 to equal to or smaller than 1.25 with respect to the imaginary bottom line M. The imaginary inward angled line L and the imaginary outward angled line N are also defined to satisfy a radial deviation distance (t) equal to or shorter than 2.5 mm. 摘要: A multi-piece vehicle wheel assembly includes a wheel center and a lightweight wheel rim. The wheel center defines a center hole and has an outer margin. The wheel rim has opposing inside and outside major surfaces. The outside major surface defines a rim bed for mounting a vehicle tire. The inside major surface includes an inwardly-extending annular shoulder. A plurality of circumferentially spaced rim bosses are formed with the annular shoulder of the rim, and are adapted for engaging the outer margin of the wheel center. A corresponding plurality of circumferentially spaced fastener holes are formed along the outer margin the wheel center, and are adapted for aligning with the rim bosses formed with the rim. A plurality of fasteners are received through the aligned rim bosses and fastener holes to attach the rim and the wheel center together.
