Abstract: A sound absorber unit and a vehicle wheel having a sound absorber device are provided. The sound absorber devices includes at least one sound absorber unit or at least one sound absorber assembly which is composed of a plurality of sound absorber units. The sound absorber unit is constructed into a box body in a hexahedron shape and forms a three-layer Helmholtz resonance sound absorption structure with double holes and single holes combined, and meanwhile, the sound absorber unit or the sound absorber assembly forms a structural resonance sound absorber. The double-absorption wheel air chamber sound resonance function organically combining Helmholtz resonance sound absorption and structural resonance sound absorption can be realized.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of tests of automobile wheels and automobile chassis suspension systems, and provides a simulated pavement rotary drum and automobile test equipment. A simulated cobblestone pavement, and a simulated impact pavement, so that a testing pavement at a test field is reproduced; an impact load caused by the track pavement, the cobblestone pavement, and the impact pavement can be applied to wheels and a chassis system; and a road simulation test of wheels and a suspension system of an automobile can be performed on bench test equipment. As verified, the simulated pavement rotary drum of the present disclosure can reproduce the simulated track pavement at the test field; and the consistency of radial impact loads is greater than 95% at the same speed and under the same vehicle load operating condition.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of aluminum wheel casting molds, and more particularly relates to a closed-loop control method and system for a mold temperature in a wheel casting process. The control method includes: step 1, acquiring data, that is, acquiring a plurality of mold position temperatures, and cooling pipeline opening and closing signals in a target wheel casting process according to a fixed frequency; step 2, storing, based on acquired mold opening and closing signals of casting equipment, the acquired data in a database in the form of a unique ID according to a single wheel casting process; step 3, calculating new process parameters based on the acquired plurality of position temperatures and time; and step 4, integrating the calculated process parameters, and issuing the process parameters to a PLC of a casting equipment to perform new casting. According to the invention, the temperature control parameters are calculated based on the acquired temperature data and time process to form the temperature control process of the casting process, which solves the technical problem of significant fluctuations in the quality of the low-pressure casting process of aluminum wheels and improves casting stability and yield.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels, and the method is implemented using a system as follows: the system includes a vehicle used in wheel simulating real impact test, a road surface, a high-frequency lighting facility, a standard obstacle block, a high-speed camera, and a traction motor and steel cable. The method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels of the invention has the advantages that: the need for testing various types of wheels using one set of equipment can be satisfied by using a general type collision trolley, thereby avoiding the use of a corresponding real vehicle for each type of wheels in the test. This greatly reduces the test cost, ensures that the test condition is similar to the real vehicle condition, and can well simulate the performance of a real vehicle when meeting an obstacle.

Abstract: The present invention provides a drum of a wheel tester, which is characterized in that an outer surface of the drum has cyclic corrugations parallel to a cross section of the drum, wherein the cyclic corrugation in one cycle on the outer surface is composed of a concave arc and a convex arc, both of which are tangential in ends and equal in diameter, and one cycle is 30 to 50 mm in length and 1 to 1.5 mm in depth.
