摘要： A method is provided that creates signaling climate data records (CDR) via and a mobile communication system on a network, in order to charge signaling messages sent by user equipment (UE). The invention proposes two embodiments of the method for creating signaling CDR where an MME which has received signaling messages from UE notifies a PGW with a signaling CDR creation function of the message reception, and the PGW creates the signaling CDR. The MME can charge for the signaling message transmitted from the UE, without the additional components.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus, in which a controller (OGI-controller) receives the registration of a terminal from a content provider so as to transmit information via a wireless multicast or broadcast channel, and transmits information to the registered terminal. The method comprises: a service registration step in which the controller registers a service to transmit information provided by the content provider to the terminal, and allocates an identification to a terminal group which will receive the information; a terminal registration step in which the content provider registers the terminal group to the controller; a terminal state checking step in which the controller receives a report on the operating states of the terminals of the registered terminal group; a terminal classifying step in which the controller classifies the terminals on the basis of the operating states of the terminals; and a terminal state reporting step in which the content provider receives a report on the state of the terminal.

摘要： The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and a connection method between user equipment and a mobility management entity and comprises: selecting a mobility management entity and requesting identification information for user equipment by a base station when the user equipment is connected; determining whether to assign identification information by the mobility management entity; and if the identification information is not assigned, selecting another mobility management entity by the mobility management entity, assigning identification information to the user equipment by the other mobility management entity, and performing a connection with the other mobility management entity by the user equipment. According to the present invention, user equipment can be efficiently connected with a mobility management entity in a wireless communication system.

摘要： The present relates to a method for providing a terminal with a service in a mobile communication system which includes transmitting to mobility management entity an attach request message for initiating registration of the terminal having a virtual IP address with the mobile communication system; registering, at the mobility management entity, location of the terminal with a home subscriber server; and completing the registration by transmitting an attach accept message from the mobility management entity to the terminal. The present invention is capable of registering a terminal with a mobile communication system initially without bearer path and IP address allocation and, when a packet address to the terminal occurs, allocating the radio resource, bearer resource, and IP address through paging procedure, thereby proving the UE with the service.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a system for managing an emergency call between a terminal and a network by using a non-access stratum protocol in a mobile communication network. A method for providing an emergency call service by a terminal in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: enabling the terminal to transmit an access request message including an emergency call identifier to a mobility management entity; enabling the terminal to attempt to authenticate the mobility management entity after the step of transmitting the access request message; enabling the terminal to receive an access grant message including the emergency call identifier from the mobility management entity; and enabling the terminal which receives the access grant message, to provide an emergency call service through the mobility management entity. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the emergency call is enabled.
