    摘要: The present invention relates to an electric double layer capacitor including: an anode formed by applying a conductive layer and an anode active material layer on an anode current collector; and a cathode including a cathode active material layer on a cathode current collector.According to the present invention, resistance of the anode is reduced through a change of the electrode structure of the cathode and the anode by applying the conductive layer on the anode current collector and applying the anode active material on the conductive layer. Therefore, it is possible to minimize capacity reduction compared to conventional methods and improve energy density of a cell by improving a withstand voltage of the cell.

The hydrogen generator including: an electrolytic bath having an inner space of a predetermined size; a cover hermetically covering an open top of the electrolytic bath and having at least one hydrogen outlet; a flexible pocket disposed in the electrolytic bath and filled with an electrolyte of a predetermined amount; an electrode part fixed to the cover, and immersed in the electrolyte filled in the flexible pocket to electrolyze the electrolyte upon application of power; and a power supply supplying current to the electrode part. In the hydrogen generator, the electrode part and the electrolyte maintains a substantially constant contact area there between, thereby allowing hydrogen to be generated constantly and stably.
