摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for separating sugars and acids with reduced energy consumption, including a step of diffusively dialyzing a first acid hydrolysate obtained by saccharifying biomass with an acid solution, thereby preparing a second acid hydrolysate wherein the concentration of the acid solution contained in the acid hydrolysate is decreased; and a step of electrolyzing the second acid hydrolysate, thereby separating sugars from the acid solution, which is advantageous in that less energy is consumed, the separated acid solution can be recycled directly without further treatment due to high concentration and loss of sugars can be minimized.

摘要: A method is for producing seals on faces of electrochemical reactor components intended to be stacked in order to form an electrochemical reactor Each component is in the form of a plate and having a first face and an opposing second face. The first face is designed to receive a first seal and the second face is designed to receive a second seal. The method includes shaping the first seals on the first faces of the components, the first seals being at least partially polymerized; depositing the second seals on the second face of the components; and shaping the second seals by compressing a stack formed from the components alternating with molding plates. Each molding plate has a bearing face pressed against the first face of a component and includes a groove designed to receive, without deforming, the first seal previously formed on the first face of said component, and a molding face pressed against the second face of another component and having a molding surface for shaping the second seal deposited on the second face of said other component as a result of compressing the stack. The method also includes at least partially polymerizing the second seals.

摘要: The present invention provides a gas generator comprising an electrolytic device, a mixing chamber, and an atomizing chamber. The electrolytic device is configured for electrolyzing electrolyzed water to generate a gas with hydrogen. The mixing chamber is coupled to the electrolytic device for receiving the gas with hydrogen and mixing the gas with hydrogen with an atomized gas to generate a healthy gas. The atomizing chamber is coupled to the mixing chamber for generating the atomized gas. Wherein the maximum bore diameter of the mixing chamber is smaller than the maximum bore diameter of the atomizing chamber. The invention can reduce the possibility of the gas explosion by using the smaller volume of the mixing chamber and setting the anti-static device, since the smaller capacity of the mixing chamber has less hydrogen inside and the anti-static device is configured for reducing or eliminating the static electricity in the gas generator.
