    摘要: An axial sealing mechanism of a volute compressor comprises a fixed volute member, a orbiting volute member, and an isolating member which is fastened to the back of the fixed volute member and provided with back pressure chambers into which an intermediate-pressure working fluid or a high-pressure working fluid is introduced via the compression chambers formed by the fixed volute member and the orbiting volute member. The pressing member in the back pressure chamber is therefore forced to urge axially the fixed volute member so as to overcome the axial thrust and the overturn moment of force, which exert on the fixed volute member at the time when the compression chambers are in operation. The axial gap between the fixed volute member and the orbiting volute member is thus minimized so as to prevent the working fluid from leaking out from the compression chambers and to improve the volumetric efficiency of the volute compressor.

    摘要: An oil supply structure for a refrigerant compressor is connected to a main shaft of the refrigerant compressor. The oil supply structure has a concave recessed from a periphery to a center, an oil hole penetrating the center of the concave and in communication with an oil supply passage of the main shaft, and at least one blade protruding from the concave and extending from the periphery towards the oil-hole. A rotation direction of the blade is opposite to a rotation direction of the main shaft. Through a simple structure in a form of an impeller, the oil supply structure can generate the function of a centrifugal pump by the concave and the blade during rotation, so as to change the supply of a lubricating oil according to changes in the rotation rate.

The scroll type compressor includes a housing, a frame, a compartment, a separator, a scroll pairs, a slider, a plurality of compartments, at least a pressure-regulating mechanism, and a guiding element. The compartment in the housing is separated into a high-pressure compartment, a low-pressure compartment, and a middle-pressure compartment. The separator is disposed between the high-pressure compartment and the low-pressure compartment. The separator includes an outlet at the center thereof, and at least a passage through the separator. When the pressure in the high-pressure compartment is less than that in low-pressure compartment, the pressure-regulating mechanism is opened to exhaust pressure from the middle-pressure compartment to the high-pressure compartment.

    摘要: A locating mechanism of the fixed volute of a scroll compressor comprises a frame, a fixed volute and an orbiting volute. The frame is provided with a predetermined number of locating faces having thereon respectively a locating member which is fastened with the frame and has a sliding connection face of an arcuate construction. The fixed volute is provided with a predetermined number of shoulders which are corresponding in location and number to the locating members and are provided respectively on the outer side thereof with a sliding connection face of an arcuate construction and engageable with the sliding connection face of the locating member. The fixed volute can be caused to slide up and down along the sliding connection face of the locating member. The sliding connection face of the locating member is provided on the top thereof with a retaining portion for preventing the fixed volute from moving upward. The shoulders of the fixed volute can be fastened with the retaining portions of the locating members by a temporary member, thereby causing the fixed volute to be suspended on the locating members so as to allow the fixed volute and the orbiting volute to form therebetween a gap enabling the fixed volute to adjust itself to locate at the optimum cooperating position.
