    摘要: A compressor is provided that may include a passage separator provided between an electric motor drive and a compression device to separate a refrigerant passage from an oil passage. The passage separator may include a first partition wall and a second partition wall. The first partition wall may be disposed between an inner circumferential surface of a casing and a discharge hole of the compression device, and the second partition wall may be disposed between the discharge hole and a balance weight. Accordingly, the refrigerant passage may be separated from the oil passage between the compression device and electric motor drive, thereby efficiently recovering oil to an oil storage space.

    摘要: A compressor includes a casing, a motor fixed to the casing, a vertically extending drive shaft coupled to the motor, and a compression mechanism driven by the drive shaft to compress a fluid. A shaft-inside oil supply path is provided in the drive shaft. Oil at a bottom of the casing is supplied through the shaft-inside oil supply path to a sliding portion of the drive shaft above the motor. The compressor includes a shaft-inside oil discharge path provided in the drive shaft, and an oil discharge coupled to a lower end of the drive shaft. The shaft-inside oil discharge path extends from an upper portion to a lower portion of the motor. The oil discharge pump discharges the oil that has been supplied to the sliding portion of the drive shaft to the bottom of the casing through the shaft-inside oil discharge path.

The compression mechanism has a stationary scroll and a moveable scroll forming a compression chamber. The crankshaft is linked to the moveable scroll. The oil feed passage is formed so as to extend in an axial direction within an interior of the crankshaft and communicates at a lower end with a discharge side of the oil feed pump. The oil retention space is formed so as to extend in an axial direction within the interior of the crankshaft separately from the oil feed passage and communicates with the oil feed passage.

    摘要: A fluid pump configured to prevent contact between volatile fluids and a ball bearing of the pump while providing the ball bearing with adequate lubrication. The fluid pump includes a pump casing having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, and a rotor set disposed within the pump casing for conveying fluid from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet. The fluid pump further includes a recirculation chamber located adjacent the fluid outlet for collecting leaked fluid. The leaked fluid may be conveyed from the recirculation chamber back to the fluid inlet due to a pressure differential therebetween. The fluid pump may further include first and second seals that surround a drive shaft of the rotor, the first and second fluid seals defining a lubricant chamber therebetween that houses a ball bearing of the pump and that is filled with a continuously circulated, nonvolatile lubricant.
