Abstract: In a control apparatus for a power converter, a current obtainer obtains a current flowing through an inductor as an inductor current, and a voltage obtainer obtains an alternating-current voltage. A slope compensation unit generates, based on the alternating-current voltage obtained by the voltage obtainer, a slope compensation signal having a slope that depends on the alternating-current voltage, and adds the slope compensation signal to the inductor current obtained by the current obtainer. A current controller controls on-off switching operations of a switch in a peak current mode to thereby cause the inductor current, to which the slope compensation signal has been added, to follow a sinusoidal command current that depends on the alternating-current voltage.

Abstract: A power conversion apparatus supplies power from a DC power supply to a capacitive load by a current input push-pull DCDC converter provided with switching elements Q1 and Q2. When a capacitive load voltage is not larger than a second predetermined value, a first mode is used which turns ON one of the switching elements Q1 and Q2 alternated with turning OFF both. When the capacitive load voltage is larger than the second predetermined value but not larger than a first predetermined value, a second mode is used which turns ON both of the switching elements Q1 and Q2, then turns ON one of them, then turns OFF both, sequentially. When the capacitive load voltage is larger than the first predetermined value, a third mode is used, turning ON both of the switching elements Q1 and Q2 alternated with turning ON one of them.

Abstract: Power conversion apparatus converts input voltage and supplies output voltage to the electric load. The apparatus includes a semiconductor switch switches between open and closed states to regulate voltage control current for controlling output voltage, a first voltage detection section detects remote voltage being applied to the electric load as output voltage, a second voltage detection section detects a local voltage being applied to the output terminal as output voltage, a target current calculation section calculates target current which is the voltage control current target value, based on voltage deviation between target voltage which is the output voltage target value and either remote voltage or local voltage, and a switch control section controls the semiconductor switch so voltage control current becomes target current, to regulate output voltage to target voltage. The target current calculation section calculates the target current by using one of the remote or local voltage corresponds to a smaller target current.

Abstract: A charging device for a battery of a vehicle includes an insulation resistance detecting circuit, a charging circuit, a leak current detecting circuit and a decoupling circuit. The insulation resistance detecting circuit includes a coupling capacitor, and is disposed between the battery and a vehicle body for detecting an insulation resistance between the battery and the vehicle body. The charging circuit converts an alternating current supplied from an alternating current source into a direct current and charges the battery in a state without insulting the input terminal and the output terminal and in a state where the vehicle body is coupled to an earth. The leak current detecting circuit detects a leak current between the charging circuit and the earth. The decoupling circuit decouples the insulation resistance detecting circuit from one of the battery and the vehicle body during a charging of the battery.

Abstract: A power converter includes a full-bridge circuit, power converting circuit, transformer, and controller. The full-bridge circuit includes a series-connected unit made of first and second switches and a series-connected unit made of third and fourth switches and is connected to power transmitting terminals. The power converting circuit is connected to power receiving terminals. The transformer includes power transmitting coil and power receiving coil. The controller turns on the first and second switches alternately and also the third and fourth switches alternately. A resistive load is connected to the power receiving terminals. Abstract: In a control apparatus for a power converter, a current obtainer obtains a current flowing through an inductor as an inductor current, and an alternating-current voltage obtainer obtains an alternating-current voltage. A drive signal outputting unit generates, based on the alternating-current voltage obtained by the voltage obtainer, a sinusoidal command. The drive signal outputting unit performs peak-current mode control to output a drive signal that controls switching of the drive switch to thereby cause the inductor current to follow the sinusoidal command. A delay unit delays, for one switching cycle of the drive switch, an off-switching timing of the drive switch in accordance with the alternating-current voltage. The drive signal defines the off-switching timing of the switch.
