    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an image processing device, an endoscope system, and an image processing method capable of efficiently saving a moving image in which a lesion is shown. An image processing device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a moving image acquisition unit that acquires an examination moving image by an endoscope, a report information acquisition unit that acquires report information on an examination corresponding to the examination moving image, the report information including at least one of subject information of a still image acquired in the examination or acquisition time information of the still image, a report information analysis unit that extracts at least one of subject information of a lesion image or acquisition time information of the lesion image from the report information, and a moving image saving unit that saves a lesion moving image, which is a moving image for a time range in which the lesion image is included in the examination moving image, on the basis of a result of the extraction.

An image processing device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes an image input unit that inputs a first image and a second image captured at different times, in which the image input unit inputs the first image captured with first observation light and the second image captured with second observation light different from the first observation light; a parameter calculation unit that calculates a parameter for registering the first image and the second image; an image generation unit that applies the parameter to the first image to generate a registered first image; and a display control unit that causes a display device to sequentially display the input first image and the generated registered first image.

    Abstract: Provided are endoscopic image acquisition system and method that make observation of images easier when images are collected. The endoscopic image acquisition system includes a wavelength pattern changing unit that changes a wavelength pattern of irradiation light with which a part to be observed in a body cavity of a patient is irradiated or returning light from the part to be observed. Images of an observation wavelength pattern are captured at a certain frame rate. In response to acceptance of an acquisition instruction, images of a plurality of wavelength patterns different from one another are sequentially captured. The images of the plurality of wavelength patterns different from one another are stored in a storage unit. An image of a wavelength pattern other than the observation wavelength pattern is set not to be displayed.

    In the image learning device according to an aspect of the invention, the neural network performs a first task of classifying a recognition target in a medical image and outputting a classification score as an evaluation result, and a second task different from the first task. The neural network updates a weight coefficient on the basis of a comparison result between the classification score output for the medical image of a first image group and a ground truth classification label, and does not reflect the classification score output for the medical image of a second image group in an update of the weight coefficient, for the first task. The neural network updates the weight coefficient on the basis of the evaluation result output for the medical image of the first image group and the evaluation result output for the medical image of the second image group, for the second task.

An image processing apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention includes: an image acquisition unit that acquires an image of a living body; a blood vessel index value calculation unit that calculates a blood vessel index value of the living body from the acquired image; a blood vessel density calculation unit that calculates a blood vessel density of the living body from the acquired image; a blood vessel index value correction unit that corrects the calculated blood vessel index value according to the calculated blood vessel density; and a blood vessel information estimation unit that estimates blood vessel information of the living body based on the corrected blood vessel index value.
