摘要: The present disclosure relates to a display device, a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel includes a substrate and a touch layer. The touch layer is disposed on a side of the substrate, and includes a first touch area and a border area surrounding the first touch area. The border area includes at least one second touch area, the second touch area includes a plurality of button portions. The button portions include at least one mutual-capacitance button portion, and the mutual-capacitance button portion includes a first touch electrode, a second touch electrode, and a dummy electrode disposed in a same layer, and there is a gap between the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode. The dummy electrode is disposed in the gap between the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode, and separated from the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for controlling a flexible capacitive touch display panel and a corresponding touch display apparatus. The capacitive touch display panel is provided with a plurality of signal lines arranged in a grid shape, and a signal line extending in a first direction and a signal line extending in a second direction are electrically insulated from each other. In this method, for each of the plurality of signal lines, a drive signal is applied to the signal line as a drive signal line. An induction signal is received from a signal line parallel to and adjacent to the drive signal line as an induction signal line. If an intensity of the induction signal is increased, it is determined that the capacitive touch display panel is bent at a bending location between the drive signal line and the induction signal line.

The method for fabricating the touch screen includes: forming a pattern of a first touch detection electrode on a substrate; forming a pattern of a first metal wiring layer which is at least electrically connected with the first touch detection electrode, in the frame area of the substrate; forming a pattern of the first insulating layer on the side, far away from the substrate, of the first metal wiring layer; forming a pattern of a second touch detection electrode on the side, far away from the substrate, of the first insulating layer; and forming a pattern of a second metal wiring layer which is at least electrically connected with the second touch detection electrode, in the frame area of the substrate.
