摘要: Disclosed are measurement method and device, information interchange method and device and residence method and device. The measurement method includes configuring measurement configuration information about a UE and sending same, the measurement configuration information including a measurement report trigger condition for a reference cell, so that the UE reports a measurement result when satisfying the measurement report trigger condition. The information interchange method includes interchanging discontinuous data transmission parameter configuration information with a fourth base station, so that a base station side executes scheduling and/or mobility management on a user equipment. The residence method includes sending indication information to a UE, the indication information being used for indicating whether the UE can reside in this cell or not, an object of the UE that can be resident, an object of the UE that cannot be resident, and at least one of the size and type of the cell.

摘要: An information transmission method, is provided, including, a terminal determines attribute information of uplink information based on a beam identifier, and sends the uplink information to a network side device based on the attribute information. After receiving the uplink information, the network side device determines the beam identifier based on the uplink information. In this process, the terminal implicitly indicates beam IDs of different selected beams by using attribute information of reported uplink information. Different beams correspond to different attribute information of the uplink information. In other words, each beam corresponds to specific attribute information of the uplink information. Implicitly indicating a beam ID to the network side device reduces LTE standardization complexity and reduces signaling overheads.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio bearer processing method, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: suspending, by user equipment, data transmission of a bearer on a second base station; and sending, by the user equipment, a suspend indication to a first base station, where the suspend indication is used to indicate that the user equipment has suspended the data transmission of the bearer on the second base station. When the data transmission of the bearer on the second base station is resumed, the related protocol entity does not need to be re-established, thereby improving utilization of radio bearer resources.

摘要: A handover processing method and a base station are provided. The method includes: receiving a handover request message sent by a source base station or a core network node; sending a first message, according to the handover request message, to a second target base station to notify the second target base station that a handover of part or all of a service of a user equipment to the second target base station is to be performed; and sending a handover request acknowledge message to the source base station or the core network node to notify the source base station or the core network node to hand over the user equipment to at least one target cell of the first target base station and/or at least one target cell of the second target base station. 摘要: The present invention provides a method, a device, and a system for inter-frequency cell measurement. The method includes: performing, by a terminal, when receiving a measurement command of a network side device, inter-frequency cell measurement, in different cases, based on the time specified in different measurement time parameters or based on measurement time parameters corresponding to the information about an inter-frequency band. As different measurement time parameters specify different time actually used for measurement, not only an inter-frequency cell that meets a measurement event can be measured, but also the time for measurement by the terminal can be reduced, thereby reducing the power consumption of the terminal and enhancing the performance of the terminal.

摘要: This application discloses an identity authentication method, a device, and a system. The method includes: obtaining a first master public key and a first private key from a key generation center; sending a ClientHello message; obtaining a second identity from a ServerKeyExchange message; generating a pre-shared key of a selected PSK mode by using the second identity, the first private key, and the first master public key; and completing identity authentication with a second device by using the pre-shared key. According to the method, device, and system provided in embodiments of this application, an identity can be transmitted by using information in the TLS protocol, without extending the TLS protocol. This can avoid a compatibility problem caused by TLS protocol extension.
