Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information transmission method, including: determining, by a user equipment (UE), first speed information of the UE; determining, by the UE, a transmission manner of control information based on the first speed information; and sending, by the UE, the control information in the transmission manner over a first link. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the UE may determine the transmission manner of the control information based on the first speed information. When the UE is high speed UE, an appropriate transmission manner can be selected for the high speed UE, thereby meeting a transmission requirement of the high speed UE and ensuring a transmission success rate.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a reference signal transmission method, a message transmission method, a transmission resource determining method, and an apparatus. When a first device needs to transmit a reference signal, the first device may determine, from a slot and based on a time domain resource parameter of the reference signal, transmission resource information related to a transmission resource used to transmit the reference signal, where the transmission resource information may include a symbol location of the transmission resource in the slot and/or a space domain resource on a symbol in the transmission resource. Compared with a conventional manner in which a reference signal can be transmitted only at a fixed location, the transmission resource for transmitting the reference signal can be dynamically determined based on the time domain resource parameter of the reference signal.

One example method includes determining, by a terminal device, a first resource, where the first resource is some time-frequency resources in a first resource set, where the first resource set is all time-frequency resources that can be used to detect a first transmission resource. The first transmission resource is a spectrum resource used to transmit first data. The terminal device can then perform detection for the first transmission resource in the first resource. In some instances, the terminal device can then send first data on the first transmission resource.

Abstract: Embodiments disclose a signal processing method and a network device, so as to number a transmission time interval (TTI) in a frame structure and generate a signal sequence by using a number of the TTI. The method includes: determining a number of a transmission time interval TTI in a frame structure, where the TTI includes a time length less than 1 millisecond; and generating a signal sequence of the TTI based on the number of the TTI. The number of the TTI less than 1 millisecond or equal to 1 millisecond in the frame structure is determined, and the signal sequence of the TTI is generated based on the number of the TTI. This prevents interference between adjacent or neighboring TTIs or intersymbol interference (ISI) from being generated due to generation and use of a same signal sequence because for all short TTIs.
