Abstract: Present invention provides a proxy-based service processing method which includes: obtaining, by a server, a current network connection relationship between a plurality of network element devices within a management range; determining connected domains based on the current network connection relationship between the plurality of network element devices, where at least two network element devices in each connected domain are connected to each other; sending proxy activation information to at least one network element device in each connected domain, to activate the at least one network element device as a proxy device; and delivering a proxy task to the proxy device. For the method a current proxy task is delivered to the proxy devices, and the proxy devices deliver service data to the network element devices in the network, perform service convergence, perform service data processing, or perform another operation, thereby improving overall maintenance efficiency of the wireless network.

Abstract: A paging method, a paging device, and system are described. A mobility management network element (MME) obtains location information of user equipment (UE) in a non-3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) network, where the UE already accesses the non-3GPP network. The MME receives a downlink data notification message, where the downlink data notification message carries an identifier of the UE. The MME pages the UE according to the location information of the UE in the non-3GPP network. In some implementations, a paging range may be determined according to the location information of the UE in the non-3GPP network, and a paging message does not need to be sent to all base stations in a registration area of the UE.

Abstract: A data packet processing method and apparatus is disclosed. According to the method, a storage apparatus disposed on a network side stores a correspondence between an identifier and data flow characteristic information. When configuring a policy for a data packet including a first identifier, a network-side device requests the storage apparatus for data flow characteristic information corresponding to the first identifier. A PCEF receives a data packet that is sent by UE, matches the data packet against the data flow characteristic information, and when the data packet matches the data flow characteristic information, executes a policy on the data packet according to policy information corresponding to the first identifier. According to the method provided in embodiments of the present disclosure, transmitting a considerable amount of data flow characteristic information on an interface of an SCEF is avoided, and load on the SCEF is relieved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method, a security node network element and a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a security node network element, a first data packet carrying first user plane data or first control signaling from a terminal, the first data packet is transmitted via a first security connection or a second security connection, the first security connection is used to transmit the first data packet carrying the first user plane data, and the second security connection is used to transmit the first data packet carrying the first control signaling; and sending the first control signaling to a control plane function entity if the first data packet is transmitted via the second security connection. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a security problem existing when control signaling is transmitted between a security node network element and a terminal can be resolved.

Abstract: In a connection reactivation method, a connection of a PDU session established by user equipment on a N3GPP side is reactivated through communications via a 3GPP network. The user equipment accesses both the 3GPP and the N3GPP network and is originally in an idle state on the N3GPP network. An access and mobility management function entity receives a first message from a session management function entity to reactivate the PDU session connection of the user equipment. The access and mobility management function entity sends a second message to the user equipment via the 3GPP access network to instruct the user equipment to reactivate the connection of the PDU session.
