Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a paging method, a device, and a system, and relate to the communications field, so as to reduce signaling exchange performed when an access network device pages UE, save a network resource, and improve data transmission efficiency. The paging method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), paging information sent by an access network device, where the paging information is used to instruct the UE to send a paging response by using an uplink data sending resource; and obtaining, by the UE, the uplink data sending resource according to the paging information, and sending paging response information to the access network device by using the uplink data sending resource.

A method includes: receiving, by a first access device, a random access message sent by user equipment; and sending, by the first access device, first system information to the user equipment based on the random access message, where the first system information includes cell reselection information related to the first access device. According to the present invention, cell reselection information can be transferred in a random access procedure.

A method for configuring a cell includes the following steps. A network node obtains information for configuring serviceless Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub-frames of a first cell; and the network node configures serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of a neighboring cell of the first cell by alternating the serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of the neighboring cell with the serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of the first cell according to the information for configuring the serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of the first cell. In the method for configuring the first cell, the serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of the neighboring cell alternate with the serviceless MBSFN sub-frames of the first cell, thereby reducing interference between cells and improving stability of the system.

An attack defense method and device. The method includes counting the number of renegotiations in a transmission control protocol (TCP) connection, where the number of the renegotiations is the number of repeated negotiations between a client and a server in the TCP connection. When the number of the renegotiations in the TCP connection is greater than a preset threshold of the number of renegotiations, determining that the TCP connection is an abnormal connection and disconnecting the TCP connection. Embodiments of the present invention also provide an attack defense device, implementing effective defense against a secure socket layer (SSL) denial of service (DOS) attack behavior.

This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a first network node, first indication information sent by a second network node, where the first indication information is used by the first network node to determine first duration, and the first duration is duration from receiving a first data packet by the first network node to sending the first data packet by the first network node; and sending, by the first network node, the first data packet based on the first indication information. The data transmission method and apparatus provided in embodiments of this application help ensure that a communications network transmits a data packet based on a duration requirement.

The present invention provides a handover method, a base station and a system. The handoff method comprises: a low-power base station monitors an uplink signal which is sent by a user equipment served by a neighbor base station, and obtains signal measurement information of the uplink signal and characteristic information of the uplink signal; the low-power base station sends the signal measurement information of the uplink signal and the characteristic information of the uplink signal to at least one macro base station which covers the low-power base station, so that the macro base station, according to the signal measurement information, determines whether the user equipment to which the characteristic information corresponds is unloaded to the low-power base station.
