    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a discontinuous reception (DRX) implementation method, a DRX configuration method, and a related device. The DRX implementation method includes: receiving, by a terminal, DRX configuration information sent by a base station, where the terminal supports short transmission time interval (TTI) subframe transmission; and performing DRX according to the DRX configuration information, a system frame number (SFN), and a number of a short TTI subframe, where the short TTI subframe is a subframe numbered according to a short TTI, and a length of the short TTI subframe is less than 1 ms. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, DRX can be implemented at a short TTI, so as to improve overall performance of a system.

    Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a network device, configuration information, where the configuration information is used by a terminal device to determine a time length of a hybrid automatic repeat request round trip time timer HARQ RTT timer; and sending, by the network device, the configuration information to the terminal device. According to the information transmission method provided in this application, the network device dynamically configures the time length of the HARQ RTT timer for the terminal device by using the configuration information, so that power consumption can be reduced while a data transmission delay requirement is ensured.

The data transmission method includes: performing, by a Packet Data Convergence Protocol PDCP entity, lossless transmission on PDCP protocol data units PDUs or PDCP service data units SDUs, where each of the PDCP PDUs or the SDUs is associated with one serial number.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for reporting an unlicensed spectrum capability The method includes the following: UE reports a list of unlicensed spectrums that can be supported by the UE and a maximum bandwidth value of each unlicensed spectrum to a serving base station of the UE, so that the serving base station of the UE can configure an unlicensed spectrum resource for the UE according to a received unlicensed spectrum capability parameter. Therefore, a base station can configure an unlicensed spectrum resource according to unlicensed spectrum capabilities that can be supported by different UEs.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

    Abstract: In a cell handover method and system, after receiving a pre-handover instruction sent by a first eNB, a random access preamble is sent by the UE, and a radio bearer corresponding to a second eNB is established by the UE, according to configuration information in the pre-handover instruction.     Abstract: A random access method and a related apparatus are disclosed. A user equipment receives first signaling from a base station through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and receives second signaling from the base station through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), where the first signaling includes a first time division duplexing TDD uplink-downlink configuration, and the second signaling includes a second TDD uplink-downlink configuration; the user equipment determines, according to the first TDD uplink-downlink configuration, an uplink subframe for sending a random access message; and the user equipment sends the random access message to the base station in the determined uplink subframe.
