Abstract: This application discloses a data transmission method which includes: receiving DCI, wherein two TBs or one TB can be scheduled in the DCI, the DCI comprises a third bit, the third bit indicates that a quantity of the TB(s) scheduled in the DCI is 1 or 2, and the DCI further comprises a first bit and/or a second bit; and when the quantity of the TB(s) is 1, performing, based on the third bit, and the first bit or second bit, uplink or downlink data transmission, wherein the first or second bit indicates a NDI associated with the TB scheduled in the DCI; or when the quantity of the TB(s) is 2, performing, based on the third, first bit, and second bit, uplink or downlink data transmission, wherein the first and the second bit respectively indicate two NDIs associated with the two TBs.

Abstract: A reference signal indication method and apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program are disclosed. In the method, a terminal device receives configuration information of a reference signal from a network device. The configuration information indicates at least one resource location of the reference signal. The terminal device further receives indication information of the reference signal from the network device. The indication information indicates whether the network device sends the reference signal at a first resource location. The at least one resource location includes the first resource location. According to the method, the terminal device can determine resource locations at which the network device sends the reference signal, to learn whether demodulation performance on a subsequent PO that needs to be monitored can be ensured by receiving the reference signal.

Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus that are for transmitting data in a random access process. The method includes sending a message 1 to a network device. The method further includes receiving a message 2 sent by the network device, where the message 2 includes uplink grant information, where the uplink grant information includes first indication information, and where the first indication information is used to indicate a largest transport block size TBS allowed for a message 3. The method includes determining a target TBS in candidate TBSs based on the allowed largest TBS, where the target TBS is less than or equal to the allowed largest TBS. The method further includes sending the message 3 to the network device, where the message 3 includes uplink data transmitted based on the target TBS.

Abstract: This application provides a system message transmission method, an apparatus, and a system. A first communications device configures a MIB message, and the MIB message may carry various different information used to transmit a SIB1, for example, any one or more of scheduling information, first information, and an operation mode of a carrier, so that a second communications device receives the SIB1 based on the MIB message. The first communications device may flexibly configure information used to transmit the SIB1. In addition, when configuring the MIB message, the first communications device may consider ensuring, through configuration or implicit indication, that resource locations for transmitting SIB1s of different cells in one period are different. This type of interference isolation mechanism can avoid mutual interference between transmission of SIB1s of different cells, so that transmission reliability of the SIB1s can be improved.
