Abstract: A sealing-and-insulating arrangement for guiding electrical connections through a housing. The sealing-and-insulating arrangement exhibits a connection arrangement with at least one electrically conductive connecting element and a retaining element, as well as a support element with a mounting element with a connection pass-through that is enclosed by a wall. Here, the connecting element is arranged in such a way that it is enclosed by the retaining element and has both a form and fluid-tight connection to the retaining element via a form element and that the connecting element projects beyond the retaining element with a first and a second section. The connecting element is arranged such that its first section projects through the connection pass-through and into the mounting element.

Abstract: A device, in particular to an electric motor, for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid. The device comprises a rotor and a stator disposed such that they extend along a common longitudinal axis. The stator comprises connection leads developed as segments of conductor wires of coils. In a region of at least one end side, oriented in an axial direction, of the stator a cover element is disposed which is developed in the form of an axially oriented hollow cylinder with an inner surface and an outer surface. The cover element herein is with the inner surface in contact on an insulation element disposed on the stator and comprising a cylindrical wall. Between an outer side of the wall of insulation element and the inner surface of the cover element are disposed at least segments of the connection leads of the conductor wires.

Abstract: A device and a method for manufacturing the device for driving a compressor, in particular an electric motor, with a rotor and a stator with a stator core, which are arranged along a longitudinal axis. The stator exhibits connecting cables produced as sections of conducting wires of coils, and connection lines, that are arranged on a first end face of the stator, one insulation element whose wall that is produced essentially with a hollow-cylinder shape projects beyond the stator core on the first end face of the stator in the axial direction, as well as one cover element with mounting elements with connection passages for mounting plug-in connectors, which each are fully enclosed by a wall. Abstract: A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid, in particular an electric motor. The device comprises a rotor and a stator which are disposed extending along a common longitudinal axis. A carrier element is disposed in contact on a first end side, oriented in an axial direction, of the stator, which carrier element comprises at least one resiliently deformable pressure element with a contact region. The pressure element is developed extending with an extent in the axial direction and, in a mounted state of the device, is in contact with the contact region on a mating surface under resilient deformation. A method for mounting and a use of the device is also provided.

Abstract: A mounting assembly with wire-leaded electronic power components for an inverter of an electric compressor of a climate control system includes a support frame structure with a bottom forming an upper side and an underside, and a multiplicity of passages from the upper side to the underside for securement elements for securing the support frame structure on a motor housing. On the underside of the bottom a hollow receiving volume is implemented. A leaded power module or power semiconductor is embedded. In each hollow receiving volume is a contact region for localized contact in places of the hollow receiving volume with an upwardly facing surface of power semiconductor or power module. The opposite, downwardly facing surface of the semiconductor or the power module forms a portion of the lower outer surface area of the mounting assembly. An assembly of the mounting assembly with a compressor motor housing is also provided.

Abstract: Sealing arrangement for guiding an electrical connection through a wall of a housing for a device for driving a compressor having an electrically conducting connecting element, guided through a conical passage aperture of the housing, which at least regionally is fully enclosed over the entire circumference by a sealing element. Sealing element is formed as a hollow truncated cone and disposed between a conical sealing facing of the connecting element and a boundary surface of the passage aperture sealing the connecting element against the housing. The connecting element is disposed having been guided through a connection passage of a receiving member for receiving a plug housing with a wall into the plug housing. A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid with the sealing arrangement and a method for assembling the device and use of the device are disclosed.

Abstract: A device for driving a compressor of a vaporous fluid, in particular an electric motor. The device includes a rotor and a stator having a stator core, arranged extending along a common longitudinal axis. A carrier element, which is formed having at least one receptacle element for a plug housing for accommodating at least one plug connector and also at least one clamping element for fixing the carrier element on the stator core as a coherent unit and one-piece component, is arranged pressing against a first end face of the stator aligned in an axial direction. The at least one clamping element is arranged on a side of the carrier element aligned in the axial direction and facing toward the stator core and having an inner side pressing against an outer side of an outer wall of the stator core, centering the carrier element on the stator core.

Abstract: A sealing arrangement for passing electrical connections through a wall of a casing for a device for driving a compressor. The sealing arrangement has a connection arrangement with at least one electrically conductive connecting element and a holding element. The at least one connecting element is arranged within a through hole formed in the holding element and through a feedthrough hole of the casing so as to protrude into a volume enclosed by the casing. The holding element is formed as an injection-molded component made of a plastic. A joining element is arranged between the holding element and the at least one connecting element, which full-circumferentially encloses the at least one connecting element. As a result, the holding element full-circumferentially encloses the joining element.
