Abstract: Electronic module of inverter for electric compressor of climate control system having a circuit board and one or several power semiconductors and busbars, an intermediate circuit capacitor, an EMC filter coil and a support structure with outer support structure part carrying the circuit board and includes necessary securement devices to dispose the electronic module, utilizing securement elements, tightly on compressor housing along contact areas of the support structure located in a base plane. Inner support structure part framed by outer support structure part is implemented to be resilient and/or is resiliently connected with outer support structure part and carries the power semiconductors and comprises securement devices that permit securing inner support structure part, utilizing securement elements, independently of securement of outer support structure part and circuit board on compressor housing. Method for assembling the electronic module and a method for mounting the electronic module on a compressor housing is provided.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for receiving and supporting busbars as electrical connection elements for a circuit board. The device is arranged in a gap between the circuit board and a housing wall, in contact with the circuit board and with the housing wall, and comprises a housing which receives at least one busbar and which, on a first end, is designed with a supporting element for holding the device on the housing wall. Here, the housing wall is designed with a screw base of a screw connection, and the supporting element is designed in the form of an eyelet such a manner that the supporting element encloses the screw base at least partially, and the circuit board is connected on a front side of the screw base to the housing wall.

Abstract: A bus bar (1) and a method for contacting an electric motor, addresses the problem of specifying a solution with which a simple, reliable and secure contacting of the electric motor is achieved. This problem is resolved at the device side thereby that on the first end (3) of the bus bar (1) a hole (5) is disposed that is undersized in comparison to the diameter of the feed-through contact (6). A method is provided wherein a bus bar (1) is provided which, on a first end (3) of the bus bar (1), comprises a hole (5) that is undersized compared to the diameter of the feed-through contact (6) and that the contacting of a feed-through contact (6) of an electric motor with the hole (5) of the provided bus bar (1) takes place in one operating step by press-fitting a stator (12) connected with the feed-through contacts (6).

Abstract: A device for driving a compressor of a vaporous fluid which exhibits a housing with a cooling surface and a power supply arrangement with at least one switching element, at least one PCB, as well as at least one spring element for applying a spring force on the at least one switching element. The switching element is connected to the PCB. The cooling surface and the PCB are arranged relative to one another in a direction z with spacing. The at least one switching element is arranged such that it is in contact with the housing with a first surface in the area of the cooling surface and that the at least one spring element for pressing the switching element against the cooling surface is in contact with a second surface of the switching element.

Abstract: A mounting assembly with wire-leaded electronic power components for an inverter of an electric compressor of a climate control system includes a support frame structure with a bottom forming an upper side and an underside, and a multiplicity of passages from the upper side to the underside for securement elements for securing the support frame structure on a motor housing. On the underside of the bottom a hollow receiving volume is implemented. A leaded power module or power semiconductor is embedded. In each hollow receiving volume is a contact region for localized contact in places of the hollow receiving volume with an upwardly facing surface of power semiconductor or power module. The opposite, downwardly facing surface of the semiconductor or the power module forms a portion of the lower outer surface area of the mounting assembly. An assembly of the mounting assembly with a compressor motor housing is also provided.

Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical feed-through unit for penetration of electrical contacts through the wall of a housing of an electric motor. It has a pin made of an electrically conducting material, which is surrounded by an electrically insulating material. The pin possesses an at least partially wedge-shaped contact surface for the area of a penetration through the wall of the housing and is able to be arranged with the sheath surrounding it in an at least partially wedge-shaped borehole penetrating through the wall of the housing. In addition, the invention relates to a housing of an electric motor, which contains at least one such electrical feed-through unit as well as an electric motor which has such a housing.What is advantageous with the design of an electric motor proposed here, is that, through savings in assembly time and assembly expense, as well as parts costs, it is possible to assemble the motor components in the motor housing very simply and favorably, and additionally a number of advantages are offered as compared to use of conventional glass-to-metal feed-through (GTMS). The openings in the motor housing required for the electrical feed-through units are small, resulting in improved pressure resistance and stiffness of the motor housing. The cross-sectional surface to be sealed is also small, and as a consequence, the rates of leakage and permeation are low.
