    摘要: A re-reconfigurable built-in antenna of a portable terminal is provided. The antenna includes an antenna radiator having a feeding pad electrically connected to a feeding portion of a main board of the terminal and at least one ground pad disposed in a position different from that of the feeding pad for selectively establishing an electrical connection to a ground portion of the terminal, and a switching element, commonly connected to the at least one ground pad of the antenna radiator, for selectively establishing an electrical connection to the ground portion by a switching operation. The antenna radiator changes a shape of the antenna radiator by using the selective electrical connection of the ground portion so as to have various operational frequency bands and radiation properties.

    摘要: An antenna apparatus for a portable terminal having a main board is provided. The antenna apparatus includes a main antenna that electrically connects to a feed line of the main board. A metal frame is constructed as part of a case frame forming an exterior of the portable terminal. The metal frame is divided into first and second parts that are separated. The first part electrically connects to the main antenna or to the main board feed line, and is designed to radiate. The second part electrically connects to a ground surface of the main board. The metal frame enhances overall antenna performance rather than causing degradation through interference.

    摘要: A multi-band built-in antenna of a portable terminal is provided. The antenna includes a first antenna radiator on a front surface of a substrate (e.g., a main board), and a second antenna radiator on an opposite surface of the substrate. The substrate has ground surfaces on both sides separated from a non-ground area on which the radiators are disposed. The first radiator may be in the form of a Planar Inverted F Antenna (PIFA), with a first end branched off into two parts, one part used for power feeding and the other part electrically coupled to the ground surface. The first radiator has a portion that extends from the first end to an opposite end. The second radiator is continuous from the opposite end of the first radiator through a via (hole) in the main board.

    摘要: An antenna apparatus allows for internal impedance matching by employing an internal matching device therein. The antenna apparatus includes a board body formed of a dielectric material and having a flat structure. The antenna apparatus also includes an antenna device disposed on an upper surface of the board body, and the internal matching device disposed on a lower surface of the board body. The antenna device extends from a feed point and has a first impedance. The internal matching device is connected to the antenna device and has a second impedance used for matching the first impedance with a reference impedance. The antenna device and the internal matching device resonate at the reference impedance in a specific frequency band when a voltage is supplied through the feed point.
