    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a heating device for heating an OLED substrate, comprising: a heating plate, a support, and a temperature controller, the temperature controller is connected with the heating plate and the support respectively, and the temperature controller is used to synchronously heat the heating plate and the support, so that the temperature of the heating plate and the support are substantially the same; wherein the heating plate comprises an receiving portion for accommodating the support, the support is configured to be able to protrude from the heating plate and retract into the heating plate.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a display substrate, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The method includes forming a first wire, a first insulation layer, a first and second metal layer, and a photoresist layer; forming a photoresist retained pattern above the first wire; forming a second and first metal layer retained pattern under the photoresist retained pattern; forming a second insulation layer with a thickness less than or equal to a sum of thicknesses of the first and second metal layer; the second insulation layer forming a fracture region at a boundary between a part covering the first insulation layer and another part covering the second metal layer retained pattern; removing the first and second metal layer retained patterns by a wet etch process to expose the first insulation layer; and forming a contact hole exposing the first wire.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a driving circuit layer arranged on a base and a light emitting structure layer arranged on one side, away from the base, of the driving circuit layer; the light emitting structure layer includes an anode, a pixel definition layer, an organic light emitting layer, a cathode, and an auxiliary electrode; the pixel definition layer has a first pixel opening exposing the anode and a second pixel opening exposing the auxiliary electrode; the organic light emitting layer connected to the anode and the cathode connected to the organic light emitting layer are arranged in the first pixel opening; the organic light emitting layer separated from the auxiliary electrode and the cathode located on one side, away from the base, of the organic light emitting layer are arranged in the second pixel opening; and the cathode is connected to the auxiliary electrode in the second pixel opening.

    Abstract: A light-emitting substrate includes: a substrate; and at least one coupling portion and at least one auxiliary cathode pattern disposed on the substrate. Each auxiliary cathode region is provided with a coupling portion and an auxiliary cathode pattern coupled to the coupling portion. The auxiliary cathode pattern includes at least one disconnection portion, and each disconnection portion includes first, second and third conductive pattern layers.
