Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a random access preamble sending method and an apparatus. The method includes: sending, by user equipment, a first random access preamble to a network device, where the first random access preamble is used by the user equipment to access the network device; and when the user equipment fails in accessing the network device by using the first random access preamble, sending at least one second random access preamble to the network device, where access characteristic information of each second random access preamble is different from that of the first random access preamble, the access characteristic information includes at least one of a time length, a transmit beam, and a random access resource, and the at least one second random access preamble is used by the user equipment to access the network device. In the embodiments of the present invention, a problem of a random access failure in a future wireless communications network caused by the fact that a random access preamble does not arrive at the network device is resolved, thereby increasing a probability that the random access preamble arrives at the network device and increasing a random access success rate.

Abstract: A control method for performing a multi-table join operation and a corresponding apparatus are disclosed. Fields in a table whose fields participating in a theta join operation and used in the query statement meet a first preset condition are decomposed, to obtain a plurality of first field groups, so that the theta join operation can be implemented in steps in a form of the plurality of field groups. This can reduce a data amount of Cartesian product calculation during one join operation, greatly reduce network transmission overheads, computing overheads, and memory overheads, and improve execution efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method and apparatus. The method includes: selecting at least two groups of data from a to-be-processed data stream according to a preset first interval in a staggered manner; performing Fourier transform on each of the at least two groups of data to obtain at least two groups of first data; performing frequency domain filtering on the at least two groups of first data by using a prototype filter, to obtain at least two groups of second data; performing inverse Fourier transform on each of the at least two groups of second data to obtain at least two groups of third data; and adding the at least two groups of third data according to a preset second interval in a staggered manner. In the process, data obtained after transform reserves a feature of a single carrier, and has a low peak-to-average ratio.

Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a paging method and an apparatus. A first device sends first signaling used to page a terminal device. The first signaling includes memory information or an identifier of the terminal device, to indicate the to-be-paged terminal device. In addition, the terminal device may further determine a first resource based on the first signaling, to send uplink data by using the first resource. The first device may also receive, on the first resource, the uplink data from the terminal device. The terminal device may determine the first resource based on the first signaling is equivalent to the first device allocating a resource to the terminal device. In this way, steps needing to be performed for data transmission between the terminal device and the first device are reduced.
