Abstract: A scheduling request triggering method, apparatus, and system are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal device, an uplink semi-persistent scheduling resource allocated by a base station, where the uplink semi-persistent scheduling resource is used to transmit to-be-transmitted data on a logical channel of the terminal device; receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling request masking set by the base station for a first logical channel; and after determining that a triggering condition is satisfied, triggering, by the terminal device, a scheduling request via the first logical channel. In this way, when a status of data of the terminal device changes, an appropriate scheduling resource can be obtained, so as to ensure timely data transmission.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to multi-core processors. One example multi-core processor includes a job manager and multiple processing cores coupled to the job manager. The job manager stores multiple job chains and dependency relationships between the multiple job chains. The job manager determines a first job chain and a second job chain in the multiple job chains based on the dependency relationships between the multiple job chains, where a dependency relationship between the first job chain and the second job chain is non-dependency. The job manager schedules a part or all of the multiple processing cores to execute one or more first tasks, and schedules at least one second task in the second job chain to at least one first processing core for execution when the at least one first processing core in the multiple processing cores is in an idle state.

Abstract: A sidelink resource determining method, an apparatus, and a system, to improve reliability of sidelink data transmission when a first terminal does not receive acknowledgment information for a first data packet from a second terminal. According to the method, when the first terminal determines that the first terminal does not receive the acknowledgment information that is for the first data packet and that is fed back by the second terminal, if the first terminal determines that the second terminal fails to decode the first data packet, the first terminal may determine a sidelink resource used to retransmit the first data packet, so that the first data packet can be retransmitted on the re-determined sidelink resource. In this way, reliability of sidelink transmission is improved. The solution may be applied to fields including unmanned driving, automated driving, driver assistance, intelligent driving, connected driving, intelligent network driving, car sharing, and artificial intelligence.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus, to help ensure a transmission reliability and/or communication range requirement. When configuring a transmission resource of a sidelink for a terminal, a network device also configures attribute information of the transmission resource. The attribute information may indicate reliability and/or a communication range corresponding to the transmission resource. The terminal device may select a matched logical channel for the transmission resource based on the attribute information of the transmission resource and attribute information of each logical channel of the terminal device. The attribute information of the logical channel is used to indicate reliability and/or a communication range of the logical channel.

Abstract: A first base station determines that a first terminal in a first cell is handed over to a second cell, where the first terminal belongs to a group of terminals, and the first cell belongs to the first base station. The first base station sends first information to the first terminal, where the first information indicates a first sidelink resource used by the group of terminals to perform communication, and the first sidelink resource is valid in both the first cell and the second cell. The foregoing technical solution resolves a problem that is of communications resource configuration of a group of terminals and that exists when the group of terminals perform handover.

Abstract: One example method includes sending, by a first terminal device, a first request message to a network device, where the first request message is used to request to establish a sidelink radio bearer (SL RB) between the first terminal device and a second terminal device, where the first request message includes at least one of a parameter index or at least one parameter. The first terminal device can then receive a first response message from the network device, where the first response message includes one or more of admission control indication information, the at least one parameter, the parameter index, or first SL RB radio resource configuration information, where the admission control indication information indicates that the network device allows establishment of the SL RB, and where the first SL RB radio resource configuration information includes at least one of an SL RB identifier or protocol layer configuration information.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose a V2X message transmission method, a device, and a system, to resolve a problem caused by an application layer of a terminal autonomously selecting a communications interface for transmitting a V2X message. The method includes: A terminal obtains a service identifier of a first V2X message; the terminal determines a communications interface of the first V2X message based on the service identifier of the first V2X message and a correspondence relationship between a service identifier of a V2X message and at least one communications interface; and the terminal sends the first V2X message through the communications interface of the first V2X message.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for data transmission in a wireless network, an apparatus, and a system. The method for data transmission includes: determining, by a terminal device, first configuration information; and if the terminal device determines that type-1 data and type-2 data need to be transmitted at a same time, allocating, by the terminal device, a first transmit power for first data based on the first configuration information. In this case, transmission performance of a system in a high-density service scenario is improved, while transmission quality of important data is ensured.
