The invention relates to a process for depolymerizing a polyester feedstock comprising PET, said process comprising, prior to the step of depolymerization by glycolysis and to the step of purification of the depolymerization effluent, an improved step of conditioning the feedstock in which the polyester feedstock is conditioned in terms of temperature and pressure and then mixed at least with a recycled residue effluent and a diol effluent in particular in order to substantially reduce the viscosity of the feedstock.

The invention relates to a heat storage and recovery system and process comprising at least one cylindrical external wall (51), at least one first volume (30), at least one second volume (31) and at least two fluid injection/withdrawal means. The first (30) and second (31) volumes are separated by at least one heat storage means (20) comprising at least one bed of heat storage particles. Furthermore, the storage means (20) and the first (30) and second (31) volumes extend substantially over the entire axial length of the cylindrical external wall (51). The longitudinal axis of the said cylindrical external wall (51) is horizontal. The invention also relates to a system and to a process for the storage and recovery of energy by compressed gas comprising such a heat storage means.

The present invention concerns a device for filtration and distribution of a gaseous phase and a liquid phase, which can be disposed upstream of a fixed catalytic bed of a reactor operating with a descending co-current of gas and liquid, comprising: a solid plate on which substantially vertical risers are fixed, said risers are open at their upper and lower ends and have openings over at least a fraction of their height; a plurality of removable baskets capable of retaining at least one filtration medium, each removable basket being defined by an ellipsoidal vertical wall or by at least three vertical lateral walls and a bottom, the vertical walls and/or the bottom being permeable to a gas and to liquid. Each basket is provided support means cooperating with a riser of the plate in order to support the basket.

The invention is a distributor tray for a column (1) for heat and/or material exchange between a gas (G) and a liquid (L), comprising at least one means providing passage of the gas through the tray (2). The means has at least one wall (4), defining on the surface of the tray (2) compartments (8) of substantially identical surface areas. Each compartment comprises at least one means (5) allowing passage of the liquid through the tray (2). The invention also has application to a gas/liquid contact column, a gas treatment unit, a CO2 capture unit, a distillation unit, an offshore floating barge comprising such a distributor tray and a method of manufacturing the tray.

The catalytic reactor consists of a chamber 1 that contains at least one catalyst bed 2 in solid form, with the reactor being supplied with effluent to be treated by a pipe 3 that empties into a separation means 4 between gas and liquid, with the liquid obtained from the separator being collected in a tank, and a plate 9 being arranged between the separation means 4 and the solid catalyst bed 2. The plate 9 consists of at least two closed boxes 10, with at least two vertical tubes 11 provided with openings 12 linking with the interiors of the boxes 10 passing through the boxes, and with the liquid distribution means 8 channeling the liquid from the tank into said boxes 10.
