A method for selective hydrogenation of a C2 steam cracking fraction comprising acetylene, in the presence of a catalyst comprising an active phase based on at least one group VIII metal and a support provided in the form of a ceramic or metal monolith, characterized in that said support comprises a number of channels per unit length, CPSI, of between 300 and 1200, and in that the active phase is provided in the form of a layer on the walls of said support, the thickness of said layer of active phase being between 30 μm and 150 μm.

The present invention relates to a process for treating a plastic feedstock comprising polymers, comprising:
a) a dissolution step involving placing the plastic feedstock in contact with a dissolution solvent, at a dissolution temperature of between 100° C. and 300° C. and a dissolution pressure of between 1 and 20.0 MPa abs, to dissolve at least a portion of the polymers of the plastic feedstock and to obtain a crude polymer solution; b) a step of washing by placing the crude polymer solution in contact with a dense solution, at a temperature of between 100° C. and 300° C., a pressure of between 1 and 20.0 MPa abs and at a mass ratio between the dense solution and the crude polymer solution of between 0.05 and 20.0, to obtain a washed polymer solution and a washing effluent; and then c) a step of recovering the polymers, to obtain a solvent fraction and a purified polymer fraction. The invention relates to a distributor tray (100) for a column for contact between a gas (G) and a liquid (L), comprising a plurality of compartments defined on one face of the tray by secant partitions (104) which are perforated (105) to allow the flow of liquid between adjacent compartments. Each compartment comprises at least one means for the passage of the liquid through the tray or a chimney (102) projecting from the tray for the exclusive passage of said gas (G) through the tray. The shape of the chimney is identical to the shape of the compartment containing it, and the chimney has an internal volume at least equal to the volume of the compartment containing it.

The invention relates to a collector/distributor/exchanger tray 2 of a column for heating and/or material exchange between a gas and a liquid, comprising liquid passage means 14 and gas passage casings 4 to which gas bubbling means 15 are attached. The bubbling means allow an emulsion zone to be created in the upper part of distributor/exchanger tray 2. The invention also relates to an exchange column comprising the distributor tray and to the use of the same.

The present invention relates to a process for depolymerization of a polyester feedstock comprising PET, comprising:
a) a step for conditioning the polyester feedstock, to produce a conditioned feedstock stream; b) a step of depolymerization of the conditioned feedstock stream, at a temperature of between 150 and 300° C., in the presence of diol with a ratio by weight between the diol and the diester in the feedstock of between 0.3 and 8.0, to produce a reaction effluent; c) a step of separation of the diol from the reaction effluent, to produce at least a liquid monomers effluent; d) a step of separation of the liquid monomers effluent into a heavy impurities effluent and a prepurified monomers effluent; and e) a step of purification of the prepurified monomers effluent, comprising a substep e1) of adsorption at a temperature of between 50 and 200° C. and a crystallization substep e2), and producing at least one decolourized purified diester monomer effluent.
