Abstract:
A catalyst containing a group VIB element; a group VIII element; phosphorus in a quantity of 0.1% to 9% by weight of phosphorus pentoxide with respect to the total catalyst mass; vanadium in a quantity of 0.25% to 7% by weight of vanadium pentoxide with respect to the total catalyst mass; a porous refractory oxide support;which catalyst has: a total pore volume of 0.3 mL/g or more; a macropore volume of 40% or less of the total pore volume; a median diameter of the mesopores in the range 5 nm to 36 nm; a BET surface area of at least 120 m2/g, and a process for the hydrotreatment of heavy residue type hydrocarbon feeds, in a fixed bed and/or ebullated bed, by said catalyst.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a process for refining a heavy hydrocarbon feed, comprising the following steps: a) a step for selective deasphalting of the heavy hydrocarbon feed by single-step liquid/liquid extraction in an extraction medium, said extraction being carried out using a mixture of at least one polar solvent and at least one apolar solvent, in order to obtain an asphalt phase and a deasphalted oil phase DAO, the proportions of said polar solvent and said apolar solvent in the solvent mixture being adjusted as a function of the properties of the feed and the desired asphalt yield, said deasphalting step being carried out under subcritical conditions for the solvent mixture; b) a step for hydrotreatment of at least a portion of the deasphalted oil phase DAO obtained from step a); c) optionally, a step for catalytic cracking of at least a portion of the effluent obtained from step b).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a catalyst support with an unsymmetrical multi-lobed cross-section in the shape of a helical extrudate having a rotational pitch comprised between 10 and 180° per mm.The invention also relates to a catalyst, a recovery mass or an adsorbent comprising said support. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of said catalyst support in the shape of helical extrudates.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an original process for the preparation of a catalyst in the form of an extrudate comprising an acid zeolite with the structural code MFI, the zeolite content being between 45% and 90% relative to the total mass of the catalyst, and a binder, and optionally containing a hydrogenating active phase, comprising at least a) the mixture of said MFI zeolite and the binder, the average size of the elementary particles of said MFI zeolite being between 110 and 800 nm, b) the addition of said mixture a) of a peptizing agent c) the addition to said mixture of a neutralizing agent d) the shaping by extrusion of the mixture e) optionally, the drying of the solid, f) the heat treatment of the said solid obtained in the presence of water vapor at a temperature between 400 and 1000° C. in the presence of an air flow containing from 1 to 60% by volume of water, and g) optionally, the introduction of one or more precursors of a hydrogenating active phase on the solid.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for deparaffinning a middle distillate feedstock, to convert, in good yield, feedstocks having high pour points into at least one cut having an improved pour point. Said process is performed with at least one catalyst comprising at least one hydro-dehydrogenating phase containing at least one metal from group VIB and at least one metal from group VIII of the Periodic Table of the Elements, and a support comprising at least one IZM-2 zeolite, a zeolite of WI framework type code and at least one binder.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of catalyst(s), comprising the cokneading of boehmite with an active phase comprising a salt of heteropolyanion of Keggin and/or lacunary Keggin and/or substituted lacunary Keggin and/or Anderson and/or Strandberg type, and their mixtures, exhibiting, in its structure, molybdenum and cobalt and/or nickel. The present invention also relates to a process for the hydrotreating and/or hydroconversion of a heavy hydrocarbon feedstock in the presence of catalyst(s) prepared according to said process.
Abstract:
The present invention describes a distributor plate adapted to co-current downflow flows of gas and of liquid, more particularly in the “trickle” mode, said distributor plate integrating a filtration function separate from the distribution function.
