Abstract: A floating image display device comprises a floating image display module and a signal processing module. The floating image display module has a first upper assembling surface and a first lower assembling surface, and comprises a first pin located on the first lower assembling surface. The floating image display module is configured to form a floating image. The signal processing module has a second upper assembling surface and a second lower assembling surface, and comprises a plurality of second pins located on the second upper assembling surface. One of the plurality of second pins is detachably connected to the first pin. The signal processing module is configured to identify the floating image display module according to the position of the first pin corresponding to the plurality of second pins, and transmit a display signal associated with the floating image to the floating image display module through the first pin.

Abstract: A space three-dimensional imaging apparatus and a space three-dimensional imaging method are provided. The space three-dimensional imaging apparatus includes a transparent display device, a rotation motor and a processor. The transparent display device has at least one display plane. The rotation motor is configured to drive the transparent display device to rotate along an axis. The processor is coupled to the transparent display device and the rotation motor, and configured to retrieve a three-dimensional virtual image, cut multiple cutting images adapted to be displayed at multiple locations of each display plane after a rotation from the three-dimensional virtual image, and calculate a current location of each display plane during the rotation according to the driving of the rotation motor to control the transparent display device to display the cutting image corresponding to the current location on each display plane.

Abstract: A device and a method for generating floating images are provided. An optical imaging module generates a first floating image. A sensing module sends a detection signal to sense first position information of a tested object at a first time point, and generates a feedback signal according to the first position information when the first position information is within a contour range of the first floating image. A signal processing module is electrically connected to the optical imaging module and the sensing module to receive the feedback signal and generate at least one control command and/or at least one feedback command corresponding to the feedback signal. The at least one control command is transmitted to a controller to perform corresponding control on the controller, and the at least one feedback command is transmitted to the optical imaging module, so that the optical imaging module generates a second floating image different from the first floating image.

The photoelectric device is disposed on the carrier structure and is electrically connected to the first and second circuit layers. The first encapsulation layer is disposed on the carrier structure and encapsulates the photoelectric device.
