摘要: A method of molding a layer of a reaction injection molding material about a golf ball component is disclosed. The method comprises holding a bottom portion of the component horizontally in a retaining cavity of retaining member to expose a top portion of the component; positioning the exposed top portion of the component in a top mold cavity of a top mold portion; molding a top portion of the layer from the material over the top portion of the component; disengaging the retaining member from the component to expose the bottom portion thereof; holding the molded top portion of the layer by the top mold portion; positioning the exposed bottom portion of the component in a bottom mold cavity of a bottom mold portion; molding a bottom portion of the layer from the material over the bottom portion of the component; and removing the golf ball product with the molded layer from the first and second molded portions.

摘要: A floor cleaning device comprises a base portion for movement along a surface and a handle portion pivotally connected to the base. The base portion further includes a suction nozzle and a brush assembly for agitating the surface, wherein the brush assembly and the nozzle assembly are in a first position raised off of the surface for vacuuming the surface, and the nozzle assembly is lowered to a second position contacting the surface for collecting and picking up liquid and dirt from the surface. A method of cleaning a surface by first dry vacuuming the surface using a cleaning unit in which the nozzle assembly is raised to pick up particles and then wet vacuuming the floor with the nozzle assembly lowered to collect and pick up dirt from the floor mixed with cleaning solution distributed on the floor.

摘要: A diffusion bonding furnace includes a pressure vessel having a top and a chamber. A press penetrates through an opening in the top of the pressure vessel, so that a first end of the press is disposed within the chamber. The opening in the top of the pressure vessel is sealed around the press to prevent leakage when the pressure vessel is at a pressure other than atmospheric pressure. A moveable bolster is secured to the first end of the press and a moveable platen is attached to the moveable bolster.

摘要: A razor blade construction is manufactured of a thin element of blade stock forming the cutting edge portion which is welded or otherwise attached to a more rigid support member. A plurality of support members are produced from a coil of flat sheet material by a cutting and forming process, each of the supports being retained at its edge to an adjacent support to provide a coil of blade supports. The coil of supports is then fed into a device for severing each support from the coil and registering it with a blade element for attachment thereto.

摘要: A system and method for executing on board diagnostics in connection with automated test hardware and maintaining an event history on a circuit board having a microprocessor and diagnostic routines stored in read only memory (ROM). The testing of a circuit board by automated test equipment causes a microprocessor on the circuit board to execute the diagnostic routines stored in read only memory on the circuit board. Upon completion of the diagnostic routines, the results generated by the routines are stored in non-volatile memory (NVRAM) on the circuit board. Upon completion of the remaining circuit board testing, the results of that testing are also written to the non-volatile memory on the circuit board. Other events occurring during in the production and use of the circuit board may also be written to the non-volatile memory on the circuit board to maintain a log for diagnostic and statistical purposes.

摘要: A method for stimulating the production of hydrocarbonaceous fluid from a subterranean geologic formation in the earth during microwave heating of same wherein a portion of high electrical conductivity non-hydrocarbonaceous fluid present in the formation near the wellbore in which microwave heating is taking place is displaced away from the wellbore to substantially reduce the overall electrical conductivity of the formation and its contained fluids in a finite volume around the wellbore thereby increasing the effectiveness of the microwave heating in such finite volume and stimulating the movement of desired hydrocarbonaceous fluid in such finite volume for recovery purposes.

摘要: This invention discloses a more efficient and more self supporting method of producing oil from a viscous oil-bearing permeability stratified reservoir. In situ combustion with oxygen is carried out near a first injection well in a manner such that carbon dioxide substantially free of nitrogen is produced. The carbon dioxide substantially free of nitrogen produced by in situ combustion is then injected into a second injection well to swell, reduce the vicosity of in-place oil and displace oil from a separate part of the stratified reservoir. Water with or without other mobility and solubility control agents can be injected in either or both the combustion step and carbon dioxide displacement step. In situ combustion with or without nitrogen may thereafter be initiated adjacent the second injection well to produce the less permeable or more viscous oil-bearing strata to either produce oil left by carbon dioxide injection or to produce more nitrogen-free carbon dioxide. This additional carbon dioxide plus carbon dioxide produced in the second production well can then be injected into a third laterally spaced injection well to sweep and displace oil from another part of the reservoir. These steps may be repeated until the reservoir is economically depleted.

摘要: The disclosed continuous casting mold is especially constructed for use with a vaporizable coolant which is nonreactive with the molten metal being cast or the mold itself and includes an inner mold body having a longitudinal solidification chamber therethrough, an intermediate mold body surrounding and spaced from the inner mold body to define an annular cooling chamber therebetween and an outer mold body surrounding and spaced from the intermediate mold body to define an annular manifold chamber therebetween. Coolant access means associated typically with the outer mold body provides entry for coolant into the manifold chamber. The intermediate mold body includes coolant access means adjacent one end of the mold and coolant discharge means adjacent the other end so that coolant from the manifold chamber enters the cooling chamber at one end of the mold and flows around and along the length of the inner mold body to the other end where it is discharged, the coolant absorbing heat from the inner mold body and solidifying metal therein as it travels through the cooling chamber.
