摘要： A process for fabricating a semiconductor device includes the formation of a lithographic reticle (20) having a lithographic pattern (18) overlying a reticle substrate (10). In one embodiment, a reticle inspection database incorporates altered resolution assisting features (30,32) to inspect the lithographic pattern (18). The dimensional difference between the reticle inspection database and the lithographic reticle is substantially equal to the process bias realized during reticle fabrication. Inspection of the lithographic reticle (20) using a reticle inspection database containing altered resolution assisting features reduces the false detection of defects and provides increased sensitivity in the reticle inspection process.

摘要： A display and input system 10 provides an enhanced means for displaying service and system information 14 from a system network 18 to a player and to a casino employee. The display and input system 10 enables part or all of a video display screen 40 in a gaming device 50, which had previously been used only as a gaming interface 30, to be utilized as a systems interface 20 for data entry and retrieval of the service and system information 14. This provides a dramatic improvement over traditional system components 60 (input/output peripherals) that have been used as in the past to access service and system information 14 from the system network 18, such as 2-line, 20 character VF displays and 12-digit keypads. The display and input system 10, does not control game play itself (e.g., game play betting, game play flow, or game play operation). Rather, the system 10 provides a limited form of game play monitoring, indirectly, with respect to the monitoring player points.

摘要： An enhanced gaming system utilizes a touch panel as a user control device for game play features which provides users with the enhanced flexibility and interactivity of a video gaming device in a gaming device environment. The enhanced gaming system includes a set of reels, a panel, and a user control device. The panel overlays a set of reels. The set of reels are visible through at least one portion of the panel. The user control interface includes a substantially transparent touch panel overlaying the reels. In one embodiment, the user control interface enables a user control of reel spin direction in correspondence with direction in which the touch panel is touched by the user. In another aspect, the user control interface enables a user control of reel spin speed in correspondence with the speed in which the user touches the touch panel.

摘要： An embedded user interface includes a display screen and an embedded processor, and is incorporated into a gaming machine that in turn includes a gaming screen and a gaming processor. The embedded processor employs an internal operating system and communicates with the gaming processor. The embedded processor reads incoming data, translates the data into a web authoring language, and maps the data to the web page display screen. The display screen presents web page information to a user via the display screen, thereby increasing user excitement by providing a richer gaming experience. This provides a dramatic improvement over traditional system components (input/output peripherals) that have been used in the past to access service and system information, such as a 2-line, 20-character VF display and a 12-digit keypad.

An operational component registry 10 may also monitor changes, services, requirements, enablement, and productivity of the gaming units or components of the gaming units.
