Abstract: According to one embodiment, a flexible substrate includes an array substrate including an insulating basement having a first surface and a second surface opposed to the first surface, a first organic insulating layer which is located alongside the second surface and which is closely adhered the array substrate, and a second organic insulating layer closely adhered the first organic insulating layer. The first organic insulating layer is located between the array substrate and the second organic insulating layer. A plurality of bubbles is mixed in the second organic insulating layer. The second organic insulating layer has an elastic modulus that is lower than that of the insulating basement.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a stretchable device includes: a resin base member including a plurality of bodies disposed apart from each other and a plurality of hinges that couple the bodies to each other; and an array layer provided on the resin base member. Abstract: According to an aspect, a stretchable device includes: a stretchable substrate comprising a first resin layer, a resin base member, an array layer, and a second resin layer stacked in the order as listed; and a flexible printed circuit board electrically coupled to an electrical circuit included in the array layer. The resin base member includes end portions separated from each other. The electrical circuit comprises a plurality of first coupling terminals disposed on the end portions. An anisotropic conductive resin layer electrically coupling the first coupling terminals to the second coupling terminals is provided between the first coupling terminals and the second coupling terminals. In a stretchable electronic device in which an active area and a terminal area are continuously formed, a scanning line having a meander structure and a signal line having a meander structure are formed in the active area, terminal wirings and terminals are formed on a base material extending in a second direction and aligned in a first direction in the terminal area, and the base material configures a reinforcing material continuous in the first direction in the part where the terminal is formed.
