摘要： The present invention provides a method of controlling a washing course in a washing machine, by which a drive motor for rotating a drum is prevented from being overloaded according to a laundry amount and by which a drum can be smoothly rotated without unnecessary power consumption provided to a motor. In a washing machine having a motor for rotating a drum in a first direction, the present invention includes the steps of driving the motor to rotate the drum at a prescribed angle in the first direction, stopping driving the motor so that the drum is rotated by a gravitational force of a laundry within the drum in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and rotating the drum in the first direction again by driving the motor while the drum is rotated in the first direction switched from the first direction by the gravitational force of the laundry.

摘要： A linear motor and a camera module having the linear motor are provided. The linear motor includes: a piezoelectric substrate generating a vibration mode in a longitudinal direction on the basis of an applied voltage; first and second shafts coupled to both sides of the piezoelectric substrate with the piezoelectric substrate interposed therebetween; and a moving member coupled to at least one of the first and second shafts to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the first and second shafts and connected to a camera lens on one side. Accordingly, it is possible to remove a dead zone with a simple structure, to prevent an unnecessary increase in thickness, not to cause a stoppage at the time of moving a camera lens, to cause a small amount of tilt to enable a linear control, and to contribute to a decrease in thickness and a compactness of a mobile terminal.

摘要： A method and apparatus to counter effects of an offset voltage by calibrating an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). A digital calibration loop minimizes the effects of offset voltage to improve ADC accuracy as well as provide a low-power, submicron-scale ADC. A calibration circuit senses an ADC output and adjusts a variable calibration voltage to counter the effects of the offset voltage. Reduction of the offset voltage effects increases the ADC accuracy.

摘要： Provided are a composition for a semiconductor electrode that can be sintered at a low temperature, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the composition. The composition for the semiconductor electrode comprises a colloid solution containing a nanocrystalline oxide material and an aqueous base solution. Even though the composition does not include binders, the composition can be sintered at a low temperature. By coating the composition on a conductive substrate and treating the substrate with a solution of TiCl4, the sintering between the nanoparticles can be reinforced. The dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured using the composition for the semiconductor electrode can have excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.
