摘要: A plasma display device including a plasma display panel that performs gradation display of an image by a sub-field method. A protective layer of the plasma display panel includes a base layer formed on a dielectric layer and a plurality of aggregated particles dispersed all over a surface of the base layer. The plasma display device forms an image by a right-eye field in which a right-eye image signal is displayed and a left-eye field in which a left-eye image signal is displayed. The right-eye field and the left-eye field have a plurality of sub-fields. In a predetermined gradation or higher, gradation is displayed by at least one or more sub-fields excluding a sub-field arranged in an end of each of the right-eye field and the left-eye field,

摘要: A remaining-capacity dispersion detecting apparatus for a battery pack having a plurality of cells includes a total voltage sensing section adapted to sense a total voltage which is a terminal voltage of the whole of battery pack; a storing section adapted to store a value of the total voltage when the battery pack becomes under unloaded condition from loaded condition; and a dispersion detecting section. The dispersion detecting section is adapted to detect a value of the total voltage at a time of activation before the battery pack becomes under the loaded condition from the unloaded condition, to compare the currently-detected total voltage value with the total voltage value previously stored by the storing section, and to detect a dispersion in respective remaining capacities of the plurality of cells in the case where a difference between the currently-detected total voltage value and the previously-stored total voltage value is greater than or equal to a predetermined value.

摘要: An aggregated particle paste containing aggregated particles, each composed of a plurality of aggregated crystal particles made of magnesium oxide, and a solvent is prepared. A crystal particle paste containing crystal particles having a cubic shape, made of magnesium oxide, and a solvent is prepared. Thereafter, by mixing the aggregated particle paste and the crystal particle paste with each other, a mixed crystal particle paste is prepared. Then, by applying the mixed crystal particle paste to the base layer, a mixed crystal particle paste film is formed thereon. Thereafter, by drying the mixed crystal particle paste film, the aggregated particles and crystal particles are dispersed over the entire surface of the base layer.
