摘要: A color filter having a light-transmissive support and two or more color-developing layers, which develop hues differing from each other, laminated on the support. Each color-developing layer is developed into a predetermined color pattern including pixels. The pixels of the developed color patterns of the layers either overlap in a direction of lamination or do not overlap in the direction of lamination. Also provided are a color filter forming material produced by laminating the two or more photosensitive and heat-sensitive color-developing layers on the light-transmissive support, and a process for producing a color filter by exposing each photosensitive and heat-sensitive color-developing layer of the above color filter forming material to form a predetermined pattern, heating the photosensitive and heat-sensitive color-developing layers, and fixing the developed color patterns.

摘要: An image-recording device that improves processing speed for image-recording that is carried out using a light and heat sensitive recording material. At the same time as irradiation of the light and heat sensitive recording material with light by a light source for fixing, a heating device heats the light and heat sensitive recording material. Because photo-fixing/photo-decolorization is carried out while the light and heat sensitive recording material is heated, viscosity of the system decreases, and dispersibility of active radicals increases. Due to this activation of radicals, a photopolymerization reaction and a photo-decolorization reaction accelerate, so that efficiencies of fixing and decolorizing increase.

摘要: A liquid crystal display panel (11R) is provided with, from a light source side, a MLA substrate (31) having a microlens array (37), an opposed substrate (32) having transparent common electrodes (41) formed thereon, a liquid crystal layer (33), and a TFT substrate (34) having transparent pixel electrodes associated with each pixel. The microlens array focuses the incident light onto the corresponding pixel electrodes. A light source side surface of the opposed substrate is provided with a retardation compensation layer (39). Since the light passes through the retardation compensation layer and the liquid crystal layer at the same angle even if the light diffracts and diffuses on the microlens array, leakage of light is prevented.

摘要: A target detection apparatus is provided which can detect and quantitatively measure various detection targets such as pathogens. For this purpose, the apparatus comprises an optical irradiation unit which irradiates light; an optical interference unit which can interact with the detection target, interferes with the light irradiated from the optical irradiation unit and radiates it as interference light and change the wavelength of the interference light after interaction with the detection target; and an wavelength change detecting unit which detects the wavelength change of the interference light radiated by the optical interference unit. The wavelength change detecting unit preferably measures spectrums before and after wavelength change of the interference light, and their differential spectrum. Also provided is a target detection substrate comprising a film-like material on a substrate which, when interacting with a detection target, changes the wavelength of the interference light.
