A blow molding machine for producing plastic bottles, particularly PET bottles, including a plurality of blow molding stations, which have assigned thereto valve blocks with control valves and blowing nozzles for introducing or discharging blowing air; and a cleaning-in-place (CIP) system for cleaning the blow molding machine. Since the valve blocks are configured such that they can be included in the CIP process, the system components, such as the blowing nozzle, which are particularly important for the production of PET bottles in terms of hygiene, can be cleaned and sterilized without disassembly.

The invention relates to a shaping apparatus (1) for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms (10) into plastics material containers (10A) with a plurality of blow moulding stations (8) and with at least one control device (55; 55A; 55B; 55C) for the control of blow molding pressures and/or volume flows at the blow molding stations (8), in which the at least one control device (55; 55A; 55B; 55C) comprises at least one control valve (56) with a control piston part (58) which is guided in a cylinder part (57) and by means of which a cross-section (59) of a blow molding air duct (60) is capable of being closed, wherein the control device (55; 55A; 55B; 55C) has a drive unit (61) operating in an electromagnetic manner in order to effect a change in position of the control piston part (58) inside the cylinder part (57) and thus also to control the blow molding pressures and/or volume flows at the blow molding stations (8).

Apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers includes a conveying device which conveys the pre-forms along a pre-set path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier on which are arranged a plurality of shaping stations which have in each case blow moulding devices which have cavities, inside which the pre-forms are shaped. The apparatus has a changing device for removing the blow moulding devices from the blow mould carriers and/or for arranging blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers. The changing device has a first control device for controlling a removing and/or an arranging movement of the blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers, and a second control device for controlling a blow moulding procedure, wherein the first control device and the second control device preferably co-operate at least for a time.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers has a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier and on which a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations have blow molding devices which form cavities inside which the plastics material preforms are shaped to form plastics material containers. The blow molding devices are arranged on blow mold carriers. The apparatus has a changing device suitable for removing at least the blow molding devices from the blow mold carriers and/or arranging blow molding devices on the blow mold carriers. A changing device has a gripping device for gripping the blow molding device, wherein this gripping device is movable in at least two different directions and is pivotable about at least three different axes.
