摘要: A process is provided for removing carbon dioxide out of combustion exhaust gas by scrubbing the exhaust gas with an aqueous solution of monoethanolamine in a scrubber, and regenerating the carbon dioxide-loaded aqueous solution of monoethanolamine in a regenerator. The process is provided with means for replenishing the aqueous solution of monoethanolamine with a stock, aqueous solution containing from about 70% to about 75% by weight of monoethanolamine. By providing a stock, aqueous solution containing from about 70% to about 75% by weight of monoethanolamine, which is injected into the carbon dioxide-loaded aqueous solution of monoethanolamine being transferred from the scrubber to the regenerator, the entire carbon dioxide recovery system is free from flammables, rendering fire-fighting precautions unnecessary.

摘要: A process for removing CO.sub.2 from a combustion gas which comprises removing CO.sub.2 from the combustion gas through contact of an aqueous hindered amine solution used as a CO.sub.2 absorbent solution with the combustion gas at atmospheric pressure and then, in a regeneration column, liberating CO.sub.2 from the absorbent solution that has absorbed CO.sub.2 by heating it and thereby regenerating the absorbent solution. The process further comprises a partial absorbent solution regeneration step in at least one stage wherein the absorbent solution that has absorbed CO.sub.2 is heated through heat exchange with a high-temperature regenerated absorbent solution and part of the CO.sub.2 that is liberated is separated from the absorbent solution. Following this, according to the necessity, part of the partially regenerated absorbent solution thus obtained is returned to the step of removing CO.sub.2 from the combustion gas for use as part of the CO.sub.2 absorbent solution while the rest or all of the absorbent solution is heated and fed to a regeneration column further to liberate CO.sub.2 and regenerate the absorbent solution.

摘要: A control valve assembly having a plurality of control valves, each including a pair of logic valves, with each of the logic valves having a pump port, a work port and a pilot port. The control valve assembly has a housing, and a pair of hydraulic fluid passageways arranged in the housing in side-by-side relationship. Each pair of logic valves, constituting one of the control valves, are arranged in the housing in such a manner that they are located in opposed relationship to each other in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction in which the hydraulic fluid passageways extend. The pump ports of the logic valves are in communication with the associated hydraulic fluid passageways. The work ports of the logic valves are oriented in a direction substantially perpendicular to both the direction in which the hydraulic fluid passgeways extend and the direction in which the pair of logic valves are arranged.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing instant noodles which have an excellent reconstitution property and excellent taste and texture and can be reconstituted by pouring boiling water even if the noodles are thicker than before. In the method for producing the instant noodles, a noodle belt is extremely strongly rolled out once or more at a rolling rate of 60% or higher in a noodle belt rolling step, raw noodle strings are obtained from the noodle belt, superheated steam is sprayed to the obtained raw noodle strings, moisture is supplied or not supplied to the noodle strings, the noodle strings are steamed by saturated steam or superheated steam or are boiled to realize gelatinization, and the noodle strings are dried after the gelatinization.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing instant noodles having fresh noodle-like texture and flavor and having an excellent reconstitution property even if the noodles are thick. In the present invention, superheated steam flow is directly sprayed to raw noodle strings for 5 to 50 seconds such that a temperature of superheated steam to which surfaces of the noodle strings are exposed becomes 125 to 220° C., the noodle strings are supplied with moisture using water or hot water, the noodle strings are further steamed by directly spraying the superheated steam flow to the noodle strings for 5 to 50 seconds and/or steamed by using non-superheated steam, and the noodle strings are dried to produce the instant noodles.

摘要: An apparatus for cutting out noodle is provided, which can prevent damage to scraping teeth of a scraper and prevent noodle threads from being caught at a fixing position of the scraper. The apparatus includes a housing, a first roller having a first receiving portion, a second roller having a second receiving portion, a first scraper secured at a first fixing position and having first scraping teeth inserted in the first receiving portion, a second scraper having second scraping teeth, a third scraper secured at a second secured position and having third scraping teeth, and a fourth scraper having fourth scraping teeth. The first and third scrapers include first and second transfer holes, respectively. The first fixing position is located more outwardly in HX direction than a second tooth tip, and the third fixing position is located more outwardly in HX direction than a fourth tooth tip.

摘要: There are disclosed a method for removing CO2 from a combustion exhaust gas which comprises the step of bringing the combustion exhaust gas under atmospheric pressure into contact with an aqueous solution of a hindered amine selected from the group consisting of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-methylaminoethanol, 2-ethylamino-ethanol and 2-piperidineethanol; and another method for removing carbon dioxide from a combustion exhaust gas which comprises the step of bringing the combustion exhaust gas under atmospheric pressure into contact with a mixed aqueous solution of 100 parts by weight of an amine compound (X) selected from the group consisting of 2-amino-2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-amino-2-ethyl-1, 3-propanediol, t-butyldiethanolamine and 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol; and 1-25 parts by weight of an amine compound (Y) selected from the group consisting of piperazine, piperidine, morpholine, glycine, 2-methylamino-ethanol, 2-piperidineethanol and 2-ethylaminoethanol.

摘要: An apparatus for gas-liquid contact in which tubular structure fillers having a cross section of any of various shapes and having straight tubular portions are arranged in a substantially vertical direction in the form of plural steps so that the gas-liquid contact surfaces of the fillers may be parallel with the flow of the gas,the apparatus for gas-liquid contact being characterized in that the gas-liquid contact surfaces comprise rough surface portions, porous surface portions, meshes or plates to which meshes adhere, or there is interposed, between the plural steps of the fillers, a dispersing plate for receiving the liquid downward coming from the site above the fillers, dispersing the liquid, and allowing the liquid to downward flow.
