    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to touch display devices. The difference in parasitic capacitance due to the difference in length between the touch routing lines may be reduced by separately arranging touch electrode lines in the active area and connecting the touch routing line connected with each portion of a touch electrode line with the touch routing line connected with each portion of another touch electrode line. Therefore, it is possible to reduce loads and the differences in touch sensing depending on the connection structure and position of the touch routing line by driving the touch electrode line in a double-routing structure. By so doing, the performance of touch sensing may be enhanced.

    Abstract: Provided is a touch display device including a folding area in an active area. The same pattern of touch electrodes can be maintained in both a reference area and a folding area and cracks on touch electrodes in the folding area, by applying a pattern structure of a touch insulation film disposed in the folding area. Therefore, the degradation of touch sensing performance, caused by cracks on the touch electrodes in the folding area, can be prevented and touch sensing sensitivity can be uniform in the reference area and the folding area, thereby improving touch sensing performance of the touch display device including the folding area.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes a substrate defining an active area and a non-active area around the active area; a touch pad in the non-active area; a plurality of signal lines; a signal line insulation layer; first electrodes; at least one noise reduction electrode on the signal line insulation layer and in a portion other than the area corresponding to the first electrodes; a second electrode over the plurality of first electrodes and the at least one noise reduction electrode; an encapsulation layer on the second electrode; touch lines on the encapsulation layer and connected to the touch pad; and touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer and electrically connected to at least one touch line. The encapsulation layer has a sloped surface between the touch pad and the touch electrodes, and the touch lines are arranged on the sloped surface of the encapsulation layer having a corresponding slope.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device and a touch sensing method for the same. Accordingly, a touch sensitivity can be enhanced by further disposing touch electrodes, or the touch display device having a large area with many channels can be implemented easily by further disposing touch lines.
