Abstract: According to one disclosure in the present specification, a receiving method for a user device in a small-scale cell is provided. The receiving method may include: a step of monitoring a plurality of candidate control channels within a search space for a serving cell; and a step of acquiring downlink control information (DCI) by decoding the plurality of candidate control channels. The DCI can include a resource block assignment field, and the resource block assignment field can include information about virtual system bandwidth in the downlink system bandwidth. The receiving method may include a step of receiving a data channel over multiple subframes, based on the virtual system bandwidth.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system supporting machine type communication (MTC) and, particularly, to: a method by which an MTC terminal receives a channel state information index and feeds back channel state information on the basis of the channel state information index; and devices for supporting the method. As one aspect of the present invention, the method by which an MTC terminal feeds back channel state information (CSI) in a wireless access system for supporting machine type communication (MTC) can comprise the steps of: receiving an upper layer signal including a CQI index selected from a mother channel quality information (CQI) table; receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) repeatedly transmitted on the basis of a modulation scheme and coding rate indicated by the CQI index; measuring CSI for the PDSCH; and feeding back the measured CSI, wherein the mother CQI table is set to include up to a signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) area for a maximum coverage enhancement (CE) level supported in a network, and the CQI index can be selected in consideration of a CE level supportable by the MTC terminal.

Particularly, the method for transmitting CSI feedback comprises the steps of: setting, through an upper layer signal, one CSI process having a periodic reference signal and an aperiodic reference signal; receiving, from a base station, an aperiodic CSI feedback request message related to the one CSI process; generating, in response to the aperiodic CSI feedback request message, aperiodic CSI feedback on the basis of the aperiodic reference signal; and transmitting the aperiodic CSI feedback to the base station.

Abstract: A method for controlling uplink transmit power of a user equipment (UE) in a radio access system supporting a multi-connectivity mode is discussed. The method performed by the UE includes receiving a higher layer signal including first power parameters of a first serving cell from the first serving cell and a higher layer signal including first power parameters of a second serving cell from the second serving cell, receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including second power parameters of the first serving cell from the first serving cell and a PDCCH including second power parameters of the second serving cell from the second serving cell, measuring two path loss values of the first and the second serving cells, respectively, calculating a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmit power for the first serving cell and a PUCCH transmit power for the second serving cell in the multi-connectivity mode, and transmitting a PUCCH to the first serving cell based on the PUCCH transmit power for the first serving cell and a PUCCH to the second serving cell based on the PUCCH transmit power for the second serving cell.
