The present invention relates to a wireless access system, and more particularly, to methods and apparatus for notifying authenticity information of a caller identifier (ID) in a wireless access system, comprising: receiving, from a second network node, a first call message including a caller ID of a second UE (UE2), determining whether the caller ID of UE2 has been authenticated or not by detecting a trust level of authenticity information in the first call message, and transmitting, to a first UE (UE1), a second call message including the caller ID and an indication message indicating one or authentication levels out of an authenticated, a spoofed, or an unauthenticated level, wherein the authenticated indicates the caller ID is authenticity and the spoofed indicates the caller ID is not guaranteed to correspond to the UE2.

One of embodiments providing location information in a wireless access system supporting a MCPTT service comprises steps of: receiving, from a requesting UE, a report request message requesting a report of location information, the report request message encrypted with a credential of the requesting UE; verifying the credential of the requesting UE; and transmitting, to the requesting UE, a report response message including the location information of the requested UE, when the credential of the requesting UE has been verified; or transmitting, to the requesting UE, a request reject message indicating the report request is denied, when the credential of the requesting UE is not verified, wherein the credential is configured with an identifier of the requesting UE and a qualification of the MCPTT service, and the MCPTT service is used for a public safety and utility services and provides communication among the requesting and the requested UEs.

A disclosure of the present specification provides a method of blocking network access in user equipment (UE). The method may include the steps of: receiving application attribute related information at a home public land mobile network (HPLMN); receiving application specific congestion control for data communication (ACDC) blocking information at the HPLMN or a visited PLMN (VPLMN); determining the category of an application being executed based on the application attribute related information when there is information on the application being executed in the application attribute related information; and performing an ACDC blocking check based on matched ACDC blocking information when the ACDC blocking information is matched with the determined category from among the ACDC blocking information.

There is provided a method for performing communication. The method performed by a source BS comprises: receiving UE's first preference information related to one or more neighboring BSs from the UE; receiving neighboring BS's second preference information related to one or more UEs including the UE from a neighboring BS; and performing handover decision for the UE; and transmitting handover request message to a target BS, wherein the target BS is determined based on both of the UE's first preference information and the neighboring BS's second preference information.

An efficient method and apparatus for relaying emergency related data using customized blockchain for emergency call (eCall) is provided. A first user equipment (UE) receives, from a second UE, a precursory minimum set of data (MSD) via a first block. The first UE starts a timer upon receiving the precursory MSD from the second UE, and waits to receive a report via a second block while the timer is running The first UE makes a third block based on whether or not the report via the second block has been received, and transmits, to a network, the third block.
