    摘要: A user-defined interrupt signal handling method and system is proposed, which is designed for use with a computer platform equipped with a programmable interrupt controller for providing a user-defined interrupt signal handling function, and which is characterized by the provision of an interrupt configuration table which defines a virtual device corresponding to each user-defined interrupt signal from one peripheral device as well as the system interrupt line IRQ corresponding to the virtual device. This feature allows the implementation of a user-defined interrupt signal handling function in ACPI mode without having to use expensive PCI controllers, and thus allows the implementation to be more cost-effective than prior art.

    摘要: A data storage unit failure condition responding method and system is proposed, which is designed for use in conjunction with an access control interface that is coupled between a computer system and a data storage unit for responding to an event of a failure condition in the data storage unit; and which is characterized by the capability of storing all subsequently received access commands into a queuing buffer in the event of a failure condition in the data storage unit and putting the access control interface in a waiting state until the failed data storage unit resumes normal operating condition to process each queued access command, rather than still try to process the access commands and result in unsuccessful access operations as in the case of the prior art. This feature can help ensure the overall network data processing efficiency.

    摘要: An active mixer with self-adaptive bias feedback is described and resolves a poor linearity, inconvenient design of a bias circuit, and other defects of a conventional mixer. The dual self-feedback bias structure according to this invention is used. The active mixer with self-adaptive bias feedback has a power supply, an RF input match/drive unit, a local oscillator input match/drive unit, a mixer core unit, a self-adaptive twin bias circuit and an IF output match/buffer unit. This invention improves the linearity of a conventional mixer and does not affect other characteristics. There are fewer components in this invention; an area of the mixer is thus smaller. Further, this invention may improve temperature response, increase yield factor, and lower unit cost. The dual self-feedback bias structure is designed for further application to other semiconductor manufacturing processes, components, and microwave products.

    摘要: An adaptor for connecting a cover to an overflow pipe includes an H-shaped body which is installed in an end portion of the overflow pipe. The lengthwise length of the adaptor is not longer than the outer diameter of the end portion of the overflow pipe. The adaptor includes a first connection portion formed to the center of the adaptor, and two second connection portions respectively formed to two ends of the adaptor. Two lateral sides are formed to two sides of the adaptor. The cover includes a notch communicating with the end portion of the overflow pipe. Multiple protrusions extend from the inner bottom of the cover. The protrusions are engaged with the two lateral sides of the adaptor to connect the cover to the adaptor. Bolt(s) extend through first or second connection portions of the adaptor and are connected to the end section of the overflow pipe.

    摘要: A stopper of a bathroom sink or tub includes a shank removably connected to a base part which is connected to the sink or tub and has a drain hole. A cap is connected to the shank and has a flange that extends radially from the cap. A connection portion is formed on the underside of the flange. A seal part is connected to the connection portion and includes a support ring and a collar. The support ring has at least one hook member formed in the inner periphery thereof so as to be connected to the connection portion of the cap. A positioning portion extends from radially from the support ring. The collar is a rubber collar and has a groove in the inner periphery thereof. The positioning portion of the support ring is engaged with the groove to prevent the collar from deformation and generating noise.
