In the controller, a delay filter generates a second basic signal by delaying the first basic signal by a time value. The controller generates a control signal based on the first basic signal and the second basic signal.

    摘要: An active noise/vibration/sound control system for a vehicle has an ANC (active noise control apparatus), an AVC (active vibration control apparatus), and an ASC (active sound control apparatus). To prevent the ANC, the AVC, and the ASC from interfering with each other and hence to prevent vehicle cabin environment of vibrations, noise, and sound from being impaired, activation and inactivation of the ANC, the AVC, and the ASC are controlled or their control characteristics are controlled in relation to each other by a weighting variable calculator as a coordination controller, depending on an engine rotation frequency and a frequency change which are representative of a running state of the vehicle as detected by an engine rotation frequency detector and a frequency change detector that serve as a running state detector.

    摘要: An active noise control system cancels vibration and noise based on an output from an adaptive notch filter. When the difference between a current engine pulse value input to the adaptive notch filter and a past engine pulse value within a predetermined time period exceeds a predetermined level, an engine pulse monitor turns off a switch to stop the output from the adaptive notch filter. As a result, when there is a sudden change in the engine rpm, the output from the adaptive notch filter is stopped before the renewal speed of the adaptive notch filter coefficient becomes too fast to follow and the coefficient diverges, to prevent generation of abnormal sound. With this active noise control system, the user will not hear any abnormal sound from the adaptive notch filter even when there is a sudden change in the engine pulse.

    摘要: There is provided a method for producing a nozzle plate of an inkjet head having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink. The method includes: preparing a nozzle plate base which has an electrical conductivity, the nozzle plate base including a nozzle plate, an outer frame surrounding the nozzle plate, and a plurality of connecting portions which connect the nozzle plate to the outer frame; forming the plurality of nozzles through the nozzle plate; dipping the nozzle plate base into an electrolytic solution; and energizing the outer frame of the nozzle plate base to plate the nozzle plate with a water repellent film. In this method, a gap formed between the nozzle plate and the outer frame is smaller than or equal to 10 mm.

The yoke is made of a magnetic metal, and fixedly mounted at the object to be rotatable integrally with the object. The magnetism generation unit generates a magnetic field substantially perpendicular to the center axis of the yoke. The magnetism detection member generates an output corresponding to a variation of the magnetic field to detect the rotation angle of the object relative to the magnetism detection member.

    摘要: An active noise control system prevents a continuous muffled sound from being generated as an abnormal sound under a high sound pressure from a speaker when a microphone as a sound detector is covered, and reduces noise immediately when the microphone is uncovered. A first threshold value as an upper limit value and a second threshold value as a lower limit value are provided for the filter coefficient of an adaptive notch filter. When the filter coefficient is greater than the first threshold value, a control sound is faded out according to a forgetting process. When the filter coefficient is smaller than the second threshold value, an adaptive control process is resumed. Even if the microphone is covered, the filter coefficient does not exceed the first threshold value as the upper limit value.

    摘要: A process of manufacturing a nozzle plate for an ink-jet print head. The nozzle plate includes (a) a substrate having an outside surface which is to be opposed to a print media, an inside surface which is opposite to the outside surface and nozzle holes which are formed through the substrate so as to be open in the outside and inside surfaces, and (b) a non-wetting layer which has a non-wetting characteristic and which covers the outside surface of the substrate. The manufacturing process includes: (i) a masking step of applying a resist on the inside surface of the substrate, and charging the nozzle holes with the insulating material such that portions of the resist protrude outwardly from openings of the nozzle holes on the outside surface; (ii) a non-wetting-layer forming step of forming the non-wetting layer on the outside surface in a plating operation; and (iii) an unmasking step of removing the resist from the substrate.
