摘要： High quality cast-coated paper is obtained with high productivity by applying an aqueous coating composition containing a coating pigment and a binder to the surface of base paper by means of a blade coater to form an undercoating layer, the application rate being from 5 to 25 g/m.sup.2 on dry basis per side; then applying to said undercoating layer an aqueous coating composition containing a coating pigment and a polymer latex having a glass transition point of 38.degree. C. or higher to form an overcoating layer, drying said overcoating layer at a temperature below the glass transition point of the latex in said overcoating layer; and subjecting it to mirror finish treatment at a temperature higher than said glass transition point.

The RNC 102 includes: a signal transmitter/receiver 201 for discriminating the type of the requested service; an HSUPA communication request discriminating section 203; a call controller 202; a transfer destination search table 205 for storing information that associates a service that can be requested by the service request receiving means and another RNC that can provide the service; and a transfer destination searching section 204 for identifying another RNC that can provide the service, based upon the information stored in the transfer destination search table 205, if there is a request for HSUPA communication that cannot be provided by the RNC 102. The RNC 102 transfers the request for the provision of the service to another RNC identified by the transfer destination searching section 204.

A mobile station (UE) transmits a position registration request when the first position number included in the report information is different from a position number stored in the mobile station. The radio control station (RNC) notifies the first position number and the second position number, which have been extracted by using as the key information the cell identifier for identifying the requester of the position registration request, and a user identifier for identifying the mobile station. An exchange (MSC/SGSN) stores the notified user identifier, first position number, and second position number in association with one another.
