When it is determined that the received address can be accepted as a notifying destination and can be accepted as a transmitting destination, a security program is executed by unloading such a program from the security kit mounted on the device. 摘要： An image processing apparatus reads and processes images on the documents successively presented to an original image reading section by means of an ADF. The operation of the image processing apparatus is controlled by a control section provided therein. The control section creates a management table for each document for storing processing information related to a document reading action, and manages the documents based on the content of the management tables. Consequently, the image processing apparatus can readily and precisely carry out the recovery when the documents or sheets are jammed.

摘要： A method is provided for copying in which a duplex copy can be smoothly made. In making N sets of double-sided copies of M one-sided documents, a method of copying includes a first document circulating step of copying images of even ordinal numbered documents on unused sheets and then stores these sheets into an intermediate tray. The second document circulating step of copying images of odd ordinal numbered documents on rear faces of one-side copied sheets forming double-sided copied sheets which are discharged. A cycle detecting solenoid for separating each circulation of the one-sided documents is provided and breakdown judging step of judging by a controlling device that a cycle detection sensor is out of order in the case where the cycle detecting solenoid is operated and a polarity of the cycle detection sensor is not changed.

摘要： In a trimming copying machine, a document is scanned in one direction and a copy paper is fed corresponding to this scanning motion such that an image of only a specified area of the document is obtained. The user sets the distance between the starting point of the scan and the backward edge of the specified area away from the starting position of the scan and the machine's control system determines whether the image will protrude from the copy paper position. The feeding of the copy paper is appropriately delayed such that the enlarged image will not stick out of the paper position.
