    摘要: A medical device includes a tubular body having a first lumen so designed as to receive a fluid from an opening at one end of the first lumen and discharge the fluid from an opening at the other end of the first lumen, and an expandable body attached to the tubular body. The first lumen communicates with the space inside the expandable body and the expandable body expands by the internal pressure of the fluid which is injected from the opening at one end and enters the space inside the expandable body through the first lumen.

    摘要: A refresh method for a semiconductor memory device features high noise resistance, lower power consumption, and lower cost. All word lines of one or more memory cell blocks that have not been selected in a self refresh mode are controlled to have a floating potential substantially at ground level. Even when a word line and a bit line are short-circuited, this control prevents destruction of memory cell information, which may be caused by noise, and also prevents generation of leakage current. A fuse, etc., for preventing generation of leakage current is unnecessary, so that lower cost is realized.

    摘要: A plurality of photosensitive drums are disposed in a sheet transport direction so as to be in contact with a transfer belt and a transfer voltage for transferring toner images on the photosensitive drums onto a sheet transported by the transfer belt is applied thereto. A sensor for sensing a temperature or humidity in the working atmosphere of the image forming apparatus is provided; when a jam occurs, sheet transportation is ceased at a first stage to thereby enable the sheet in the jam to be removed; at a second stage subsequent thereto, transportation of the sheet is restarted; and a transport distance of the sheet is controlled based on a printing ratio of an image formed on the sheet.

    摘要: There is disclosed a mold for molding a box-shaped product which is open at one side face thereof, and has a resilient insert extending into an interior of the product through a side face of the product opposite to the opening. The insert has a convex portion formed on one surface thereof. A mold cavity is defined by a pair of metal mold halves and a pair of slide cores. The mold halves form an outer shape of the product, and the slide cores form an inner shape of the product. One of the slide cores has a recess for receiving the convex portion of the insert. In the molding, after a resin is cured, the other slide core is retracted before the metal mold halves are opened apart from each other, and then the one slide core with the recess is retracted.

    摘要: There is disclosed a mold for molding a box-shaped product having metal inserts each having a body and leg portions projecting from the product. The mold includes a pair of mold halves, and a core for placing the inserts thereon in such a manner that the body of the insert slightly spaced from the core, and that the body of the insert is disposed generally flush with or slightly spaced from a surface of one of the mold halves in which a cavity is formed. Slide cores, received respectively in grooves in the one mold half, for movement therealong in directions perpendicular to a direction of opening of the two mold halves, and each of the slide cores has a cavity portion which is to be aligned with the cavity in the one mold half.
