摘要: There is provided a solid-state imaging device having a pixel array section in which pixels including photoelectric conversion elements are arranged in a matrix form, and sweeping out unnecessary charges by setting a predetermined number, two or more, of adjacent rows or a predetermined number, two or more, of adjacent columns, in the pixel array section, to a single group, and by applying a shutter pulse in units of groups before storing signal charges, and sequentially reading the signal charges in the units of groups. In the solid-state imaging device, a pre-shutter pulse is applied to pixels belonging to at least a single row or a single column within a succeeding group and adjacent to a preceding group, prior to the shutter pulse, before a reading timing for the preceding group, to sweep out unnecessary charges stored in the pixels.

摘要: An imaging device reads an output level of a pixel circuit constituting a pixel array by supplying current to the pixel circuit. It reads a signal level and reset level from the pixel circuit by supplying it with the current from a current source circuit, and stores them into a line memory. A pixel level of the pixel circuit is obtained by a differential amplifier that outputs the difference between the signal level and reset level of the same pixel circuit. The gate potential of a current copier transistor that supplies the read current is set at a value that enables the read current to take a constant value from column to column of the pixel array. The image device can suppress variations in the current copier circuit provided for each array column of the pixel circuits, thereby reducing string-like noise in the image picked up.

摘要: The present invention relates to a preservation method and preservation apparatus which are suitable for preserving perishable goods for a long period of time. A method of the present invention is characterized by removing from the refrigerating chamber such harmful aging substances as ethylene or volatile base nitrogen triethylamine which are released from the perishable goods being preserved in a refrigerating chamber and which cause additional maturation and aging. In order to realize this method, an apparatus of the present invention is characterized by comprising adsorption materials which have adsorptivity to adsorb these harmful aging substances and are disposed in the refrigerating chamber for preserving the perishable goods. Since the above-described method and apparatus of the present invention can remove the harmful aging substances released from the perishable goods from the refrigerating chamber, it enables the safe prevention of the additional maturation and aging of the perishable goods which would be caused by the harmful aging substances. In addition, the apparatus of the invention is partitioned by a perforated plate into the cold-air blowout holes of a cooling unit and a preserving chamber for the perishable goods. The cold air passes through the fine pores of the perforated plate and is uniformly supplied to the perishable goods in the preserving chamber, whereby uniform cooling can be performed.

摘要: A main suction, that is a portion of a fuel feed-out pipe, and a bent portion, that is a lowermost portion formed at a return pipe, are both disposed within a fuel tank, positioned lower than a lowest liquid surface within a reserve cup, and can always be maintained in a state of existing within fuel. A fuel expelling port of a jet pump is positioned higher than a highest liquid surface at the reserve cup, and is always positioned higher than fuel within the reserve cup. As a result, a fuel tank structure in which suppression of flowing-out of fuel from the return pipe and the like, an improvement in the fuel transferring performance of the jet pump, and suppression of backward flowing of fuel through a transfer pipe, can all be realized is obtained.
