Abstract: A lighting system includes lighting devices and a terminal. The terminal includes a display screen, an input unit, a wireless transmitter which transmits a radio signal, a communication unit which wirelessly transmits a control command to one of a communication address and a logical address for at least one of the lighting devices, specifying the one of the communication address and the logical address, and a controller which displays, on the display screen, icons respectively corresponding the lighting devices, and when an instruction for selecting any one of the icons has been received by the input unit, causes the wireless transmitter to transmit a radio signal indicating predetermined information. When one of the lighting devices which corresponds to the selected icon has received the radio signal, the lighting device transmits the communication address assigned to the lighting device itself to be used for communication with the communication unit.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus which illuminates a predetermined surface of a building structure includes: a light emitter that emits illuminating light; and a determiner that determines an illumination region in such a way that at least a portion of an edge of the illumination region, which is to be illuminated with the illuminating light emitted by the light emitter, matches a predetermined reference point on the boundary between the predetermined surface and a surface adjacent to the predetermined surface. Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes: a light modulator which modulates light emitted from a light source, using frames received by a receiver; an illuminator which emits the modulated light; and a controller. The controller periodically performs a storage control which continues for a predetermined period of time and in which, every time the receiver receives a frame, the received frame is stored into a storage. When a detector detects an interruption in the reception of the frames at the receiver, the light modulator modulates the light emitted from the light source, sequentially using two or more consecutive frames stored into the storage.
